I know there is a lot of newer builds out but this for me has been the most stable so I have switched back. Some system files etc are used from newer builds.
Most apps are from the HTC Mega cabs that were released recently and the new Manilla 2.0. I loaded this one up a bit but the phone is definatly usable and so far I really like it. I had problems getting the music tab to work right so I took it out for right now.

Downloaded, installed. Had to hard-reset after first install, but after that, it ran pretty good. Very pretty!
Everything seemed to work like a charm, except I couldn't get my BT earpiece working, probably due to my own stupidity. GPS module paired good, however.
Notifications are handled a little weird, couldn't get the notification to pull up to be actioned on.
SMS/MMS worked really nice.
Overall, I'd recommend it. It's not up my alley, as I prefer more RAM available, and the honeycomb makes me cringe, but that's IMHO.

Thoughts so far:
I like it, clean, fast, stable.
My only 2 complaints, which are very minor:
The volume can only be accessed by the settings tab from Manilla, took me a couple times to figure that out.
Second the press and hold on the buttons isn't there. I usually map that to flashlight.

The only way to access that is when your in a phone call. Its a trade off having the notification enchancements.
Next version I can make a 3g and 2 g

Correct that was a trade off for the notification enhancement but I figure how many places is it really needed ya know?

This is the first rom that I have been able to connect the trnity to vista without having to unselect advanced network in the settings
found some issues!
1- when trying to change some time zones in the new plugin the keyboard icon
dissapeared
2- Initial connect to my bluetooth headset but then doesn't work anymore.
Just 1 more thing: If you can just check new udK rom, he uses the same OS as you but I've never see a faster ROM.
Anyway this new Home plugin looks very good, and I think it's more usefull than the HTC Home

There is also an issue if you have the advanced usb unchecked, the trinity display an unable to connect message, but still this rom is lightening fast, and if hellonasty can fix this mnor issue or provide a soloution will be a great rom

I have the problem on sending SMS, not the sending problem but the input problem, I think most of you are input English, right ? I am input Chinese with CE-Star 2.8 R3a installed and using the pen writing recognizer, my problem is when I input chinese, it is too small to see, I cannot find any setting that can change the font size when sending text message, anyone can help ? There are a few problems with this rom for me (Dopod 810)
Phone is not working properly, audio manager not finding music on storage card, wmp not able to play audio or video, clock is gaining 1 minute for every 2 hours. HTC home screen does multiple screen refreshes every time you use its icons, messaging not working correctly. Don't think it is worth testing any further... so back a version or 2 I go. Mind you this ROM does look very good but I suppose it is extremely fast because there are some critical services missing.

First one of your roms I've run - so far I am quite impressed. This is the first rom I've used where the touch cube actually seems to work as it should! The only bug I've found so far is pressing and holding button 5 produces a Record.lnk -b error - basically stating it can't be opened Other then that it's running well!

Found another problem - don't seem to be able to turn on favorite contact in the htc home plugin
Also, the Office folder is empty.
So far I love this rom quite a bit - just need to figure out these few quirks
Is there a way to uninstall cooked in programs? S64 makes the best roms just a lot of stuff in them is there anyway to uninstall to give a bit more storage... thanks

You have to use and setup contact with Youch Cube, it works good as well.
By the way, the Cube works really nice. Is there a CAB file I can add to my Tilt?

- Don't like not having the favorites on HTC Home screen
- Missing Office shortcuts... Haven't found the applications yet... Shortcuts are present but are hidden
- I miss your menu you installed in v8 and v9
- How do we get S2U2 to display the hours like in v0.84 (not squared numbers) ?

I like the touch cube but not having the contacts in the home screen is almost a deal breaker - I use those way to often because it's too taps to dial - select favorites and hit the picture - done the phone is ringing. With the touch cube, it's a slide my finger, slide it again, tap the picture, select the number - I realise that even that doesn't take a long time, but it's really no where as convient - twice as much effort
Is it because the touch cube is working that we can't have favorites in the home or what is the limitation here? I really like this rom but I am not sure if I can get over this one stupid little problem

I second that. I really don't like the fact that we cannot use the favorites anymore.... The cube is lovely but not really quicker and easier to use.
I'm currently experimenting lockups.. I just started TomTom and it doesn't respond at all after a few minutes.
I think I'm gonna go back to v9...
I tried this Rom after using almost all schap's,
I have some questions that I hope to bring me answering:
1) I noticed missing windows live messenger, why?
2) Audio Manger can be seen evil, that is the command of mp3 player, there are
3) I do not understand why the themes of today we can not change, I tried to put them both in / windows in / my documents, but nothing takes only two issues by default, you can change the themes?

Ok here is a Manilla test version for those of you who want to try it out. If you install the quickmenu cab thats attached it will save even more memory so I will leave that up to you if you don't want the honeycomb menu..

looks nice but the numbers seem to be incorrect.
the program and memory numbers for both the standard and lite versions are the same.

Sorry I dont have the lite loaded. Someone will have to tell me what the numbers are.

But I have a problem with your rom. When I want to set my sound options in Notifications area I can't access to it! When I click on the sound icon a window opens which has no sound's options in it.
How can I change my phones volume or set it on Vibrate mode?

Analog Clock on Titianium Time Doesn't Match Digital Time
Just curious....I seen other Titanium Anolog Clocks that actually match the Digital Time displayed. Is there somewhere you can configure that or is it just a graphic of an analog clock? Thanks...

I can only assume it was some addon for titanium. Its not an option by default.

It just comes with the standard keyboard. I use SPB Keyboard so maybe thats what you're seeing I'm not sure.

I assume you mean an italian version? Sure if you can find me the language files for it. I wouldn't have any idea how to get them myself.
Maybe I am just missing it, but is there a way to set the left and right soft key?

Just a follow up. I loaded all the program I run and this ROM handles them very well. Better than any I have found so far. The only thing left to figure out is mapping the left soft key. Other than that I don't see going any where else.

I haven't had a lot of time to use this ROM yet but it seems pretty good so far and it has the new contact manager. I also like that the txt msg shows the date and time of a received txt now.
The screenshot is Black Bliss so if you want yours to look like that then download it. If not it will just be plain Titanium.
NOTE: There is no task manager with 23071 because theres a bug with showcase where it will lock up sometimes when closing tmail.exe so I didn't include it. Its something with the newer 6.5 builds and theres no fix yet

Its a WWE ROM so it will work on any network

No I'm not but thats ok. Theres a newer 23060 thats out but I decided not to use that one for now.
I'm curious though if anyone is using this ROM have you noticed any problems with the battery drain? My battery is crap so I can't judge by mine anymore..

I have to say, seems to be tarring through the battery but I just realized I forgot to hard reset.... Doo. So, I will let you know. After a real test.
Nobody else is reporting problems with battery consumption in 23420 so I would be surprised.

what menu? if you're referring the new ui thats much bigger and the x and start button being at the bottom you cant..thats the direction ms is going to now to make it more finger friendly.
i know its a bit to get use to but at some point here real soon all 6.5 roms will be the same. i decided to bite the bullet and start using it so i would get use to it..after a couple days im started to like it a little more but my hand still goes to the top all the tim still.

Even when I drop titanium its still around 21mb. Without honeycomb or the new unlock screen maybe.
Problems so far :
- on some boots it just stays on splashscreen and hangs, softreset does the trick.
- after installig Automapa (something like tomtom) and widcomm bluetooth stack and rebooting it a few times it stopped working, only shows AT&T logo, then gray screen and stays that way.
Those 2 programs were the only ones installed, nothing more.
And I know they arent the problem 'coz I used them for about a year now.

After spending alot of time using different interfaces with my aging Hermes I have always enjoyed manilla the most. I present to you the latest Manilla2d. I'm using 21877 because it has the older 6.5ui which seems to use up less memory than the newer 23*** 6.5ui. It appears pretty stable too. I tried to do the best I could memory wise but its manilla.

Info about apps, ram, rom in Lite and Manilla, Please.
Very nice and clean. I installed Titanium version to my Dopod 838 pro and liked it so much. It's clean with enough room for improvisations and personalizations. Activelynk Connection is not buggy unlike my previous. I feel its faster than any of the roms i used here. Keyboard is great touch pro and very smooth key sounds.
I recommend this rom for those who would wanna make their own personalized phones from the "litest" roms. Thank you sir.

Sorry for the noob question, but why do you recommend installing a stripped ROM before installing this one? Doesn't the new ROM overwrite everything anyway?

You need to install the manilla config cab. I actually included this so just look under My Documents for the .cab.
Then launch it and you can enable any tabs I have disabled. Some of which don't work so keep that in mind also.

Check advanced config, its got an option to change the keyboard layout.

Wow! This is easily the prettiest ROM I have seen. Unfortunately was getting memory errors left and right when using Skyfire or even IE. This IE version is amazing tho... Is there a way to get this IE by itself?
