Hi,
I just upgraded to iLauncher 3.0 but the program also installed an icon on the system tray at the bottom of the screen, the one that also has the rotation icon etc. Now my problem is that I got rid of that tray a while ago to have more space on my today screen through the registry-hacks in the wiki, but I don't now how to get rid of this icon. If iLauncher 2.x also installed it, I managed to remove it, but I forgot how I would have done that . I've gone through all the iLauncher options, but I can't find an option for this. Does anyone know what I can change in the registry to hide this icon again?
All help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Everyone,
I upgraded to the O2 WM6 ROM last night and theres a few things I cant do that I could on WM5 and was wondering if someone could tell me how.
1. On the desktop i cant get the two buttons at the bottom to change from Calender on the left and contacts on the right.
2. The running problems icon has gone from the start menu options and I cant find it anywhere
I know these are trivial but you know what its like when you set something up the way you want and get use to it and then its taken away.
Cheers everyone.

Hi,
1. Just copy the file into the windows folder, do a soft reset, and go to start\settings\system... you will find the solution to remap the softkeys...
View attachment SoftKeyApplet.zip
2. Install this program. It will make an icon to the top right of the today screen. By this icon you can manage your running programs.
View attachment X-Button-1.5.zip
Cheers.
Cheers zsitvayb, worked a treat.
Is there a way to remove the battery indicator from the bottom right corner of the desktop next to the comm manager. Im using batterystatus which is more accurate so i have no need for it

Yes, that's possible. You shold do some registry tweaking... Hereby you can find a descriptipn about the registry tweaking: http://wiki.xda-developers.com/index.php?pagename=Artemis_Registry
Thanks again.
Can i ask one more, it will be the last.
When you go to text messages the left soft key is delete where as in WM5 it was new. Any way to change this back to New.
Thanks for all your help

Not that I know of, but you can replace the soft menu keys on the Today Screen with this...

The bluetooth icon on the taskbar is part of the HTC dialer's Function...

Ok, thank for your prompt reply.
Last question :
Where I can find this HTC Dialer, a specific CAB for blackstone has already done or can I use a common CAB HTC dialer ?
Sorry for my poor english!
I'm in the opposite position, rather looking to HIDE my Bluetooth icon in the taskbar (top). I have recently updated my ROM, and it seems like the BT icon always likes to tell me that it's on. It's very annoying and I'm hoping for a way to disable or hide it!
Thanks in advance all!

Oh, this worked nice on my WM 6.0 Pro.
Had to start it via the link in the auto-start folder the first time though.
thanks - i know this is old but this .cab has sorted my issue out with bluetooth icon not appearing - thanks
I use this too but i'm wondering if anyone has this in a colored version because that matches my taskbar icons
hi guys,
I was wondering if someone could help. I have done a lot of searching but unable to find an answer. I am using the GXFX's rom which I am very pleased with. I also tried to install sushi's touchflo 3d config.cab file on top of this but get errors referring to 'exception errors', so I removed it. What I would like to do is
a. customise the home screen to add new icons. At the moment I have the large clock, call history and calendar. Is tehre any way of adding more icons or changing this screen without losing existing functionality and stability ?
b. How can i put an icon that open a web page to a certain url address, is this possible. I am thinking of terms of say windows XP. Maybe I am asking too much.
many thanks for your help.
can anyone help please ?
Hi,
I've got CM6.1.1 on my Desire and recently I gave it to someone to look at. Somehow they managed to change one of the apps on the bottom startbar. I did ask him what he did and he says he was just dragging a icon around on the screen and it "ended up" there.
I'm not certain what the usual names are for theses apps. The App Explorer I'm refering to was 4 small grey squares in a larger square. Hit it and get the apps installed on the phone.
It used to have:
Phone App Explorer WEB
It now has:
Phone "an icon for a app that's not installed" WEB
SO my question if how do I get App Explorer back ??
I've had a look and can't seem to find it either on the phone "root explorer" or a menu option. I might just be looking in the wrong place ofcourse.
I hope you can help, I'd prefer not to reinstall CM6.1.1 as I don't have a very recent Nandroid Backup
Many thanks in advance.

Ur problems seems a bit confusing for me...I undesrtood tha u lost a shourtcut on the bottom taskbar..is it? If that the problem, the solution is very simple..just drag there the app u want
Okies, Sorry for the bad explanation.
I've included a jpg of the issue I have. It's the middle icon I cannot get the "App Drawer" back.
In the interim Ive assigned it to a swipe down action but would ideally like it back in the middle.
I've looked numerous times on the CM and ADWLauncher menu options but can't find anything that'll fix it.
I've reinstalled CM6.1.1 (after a Nandroid backup of the old system) and the issue is still there :-((
I cannot find the App Drawer to be able to drag it back.
Any ideas ?
