I have been trying to install a skin on my incite (wqvga) which is running 6.5, i have tried sevral, including wqvga skins, however windows media player fails to find any of them, any ideas?

I am getting a choppy video of WMV 9 series video files as well as other formats also on Windows Media Player 10.3 over Windows Mobile 6 , ROM Version 3.7.707.1 WWE. i tried using CorePlayer, DIVX and several other players but still video is choppy. I was using HP iPaq 6515b Windows Mobile 2003 SE (HTC beetles) and there the performance is quite good comparable to this.
Is it a problem of hardware or there are some settings needed for this?
Kindly advise me for this...

On my 6.1 rom i used pocketplayer with Conduits WMP Plugin Adapter,
but on 6.5 this plugin does not work...
On 6.5 when i configure the plugin, i cant change anything
