Hi, is there any other program better than WMP? I'm sick of the WM UI and its functions. Is there anything else?
Regards
Menschik
Look for Nitrogen
or mortplayer

I wonder what the big empty space on wm player screen is for.
Is there any possibility to have visualisation effects on it like in the Windows Media Player for PC ?
any comments ?
well does this mean "no" ?
what about a plugin that would make it ?
Its used for album art. No vis in WMP. Used Conduits Pocket Music for player with vis. Can be skinned to look like WMP as well.
S.K.
thanks; I'll tray that.
hello,
are there any skins for the windows media player on the Touch HD?
I really like it but it looks bad and the mp3 player on the touchflo just doesn't work at all anymore.

This is one I like attached - not sure where I got it. For the Touch HD my own experience is that Core Player is the most reliable with superior quality sound with the attached Diamond skin.

Now i´m testing NITROGEN and i like very much. Good sensations yesterday on the beach

Check out Kinoma Freeplay.

NITROGEN is AWESOME I really recommend to anyone who is curious!
thanks guys
The Pocket Player is the best. It can also forcibly take over all the good *remote* control features of WMP (A2DP, voice commands, even the MS3 widget for WM)
Nitrogen
yeah
nitrogen is really a good player...the best
hehe
the dogs!
Nitorgen is just amazing, i've tried a few, core player, kinoma, but nitrogen is by far the best I've used
Pocket Player and Nitrogen are the best!! I was searching for a good music player too and I found it But I also think Nitrogen needs more time of development because i miss some features...
i'm no audiophille and my music needs are pretty simple
i really like S2P because of the intergration with S2U2
Nitrogen and S2P and sometimes PocketMusic.
I found nitrogen a little annoying. There were so many steps to opening an mp3. creating a playlist was a nightmare since all my albums are sub directories to the artist, resulting in lots of of scrolling about.
Selecting all the folders and trying to play them all didnt work because of the artist/album thing.
The best
I advise you Nitrogen !! the best
Nitrogen is good, but open a folder or create a playlist is not convenient. A real nightmare. So I gave up. Nonetheless, it is reaaly good for a freeware
CorePlayer has the best sound quality and can read many types of files. But the interface is now totally old-fashioned (still the same for many years), and not finger-friendly at all.
Finally, Kinoma Play is far the best audio player I have tried. The interface is simply amazing and so clever. Find a file is easy with its embedded search engine. The sound is great.
Definitely the one I would recommand.
request: ipod windows media player skin

thanks in advance
Give S2P a go. The interface is very similar to the iPhone's music interface.

Hey,
I have a PNA with CE 5.0 ARM929..
The plan is(was) to build it into my car as video/music player.
I now have a problem.
I just wanted to use Mortplayer with my own skin, but Mortplayer won't start.
I guess it's because several dll's are missing
(needed: gx.dll, mfcce300.dll, coredll.dll, commctrl.dll, aygshell.dll, olece300.dll, ole32.dll, oleaut32.dll, wininet.dll, winsock.dll)
I don't have any of those (besides gx.dll, its shipped) in my "/windows".
The ROM of the device seems very small, around 600KB with most used by the system, so I can't just coppy those missing dll's. Any ideas? Is it possible to store them on SD?
I realy need a playlist based mp3 player, Mortplayer is the only I have found..
Or Maybe you know another player?
Thank you
