Is it currently unlocked? If so what version is it? Should say something about coke and a version number when first starting.

When you flashed did you let the customization Run? Never let them run unless you are using a custom ROM.
Before you do anything I would flash the stock VZW ROM.

You don't need a higer radio than the one you already have. But the link above will give you the lattest VZW radio.
Give this link a shot.

FIX VERIZON GPS
This tutorial is for users that have flashed the new Verizon ROM for the vx6900 and let customization disable their GPS. This will help you restore the original GPS functions to use with google maps etc. Links to the files can be found in the numbers 1 - 6 for each step.
[1] Unlock with 0.40.coke
[2] Flash Sprint ROM RUU_Vogue_SPRINT_WWE_1.12.651.1_2.13.00_SPC_NV133_Ship DO NOT LET CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN
[3] Unlock with 2.31.coke
[4] Flash Verizon ROM RUU_Vogue_VZW_WWE_3.14.605.1_Radio_3.37.77_Ship DO NOT LET CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN
[5] Flash any custom rom
Note: may be able to skip step six.
[6] Do the agps fix on xda (if you want the stock rom do this before step 5)
I would use NFSFAN's VZW 1.15.

GPS Hacked on VZW Leaked ROM - Full ROM with normal GPS.
Ok, let me explain what this ROM is and what it may be useful for.
The ROM is the official "leaked" rom in this post without the GPS restrictions:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=43741
What I did was remove the GPS restrictions and applied standard GPS drivers. This will let you freely use the OS if you already have GPS going. If not then you can apply any of the various methods of applying a GPS Radio and the Titan aGPS fix as well. Next apply this ROM and you have a STOCK VZW ROM without the locked down GPS!
Files here:
www.scottcrosler.com\vogue\
Select HACKED files not official files!!!
This does not flash a RADIO or BOOTLOADER, its just like any other Custom ROM except that its a stock ROM with NO MODIFICATIONS other than the GPS driver fix and I added UC AutoRUN for those inclined to use it.
LET CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN as thats needed for AutoRUN and it applies the VZW customizations to the start screen as well as opera 8.65 that is included on the ROM. IT DOES NOT APPLY THE PPST update that locks down the GPS!!!
If you have already applied the stock VZW ROM and let it "customize" your GPS then this ROM will not do anything for you!!!!!!!!!!! This is for those VZW users that dont want to deal with the GPS restrictions in the first place and have an unlocked phone already, both GPS and BootLoader.
GENERALIZED STEP BY STEP
People this stuff is very basic so I just generalized the steps and categorized the types of people that may use this ROM. IF you need more detail explain what step and I will update the post.
Steps to apply this ROM:
There are a few scenarios for flashing this ROM:
1. You are a VZW user and you are currently running ANOTHER GPS ROM sucesfully but want to revert to a 100% stock ROM without loosing the standard GPS:
Simply flash this ROM like any other custom GPS ROM (except its not custom, its stock VZW with normal GPS mode drivers.)
2. You are a VZW User and you have flashed the leaked ROM BUT DID NOT LET CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN. Just unlock with Cokeman unlocker and then flash this ROM. You will have the stock ROM with no GPS limitations.
3. If you are a VZW user and have not unlocked your phone at all:
Flash IMcokeman bootload (2.31?)
Flash leaked VZW ROM - DO NOT CALIBRATE! Let it sit on that screen!
Flash my hacked leaked ROM - Calibrate and let Customizations Run.
4. If you are a VZW user and you have flashed with the leaked ROM AND LET CUSTOMIZATIONS RUN:
Youre screwed for now. I think I have a viable fix but have not had time to try it yet. Once I test the fix then you too can have a stock VZW ROM with NORMAL GPS.
Later on I will upload a ROM with the Radio, the boot screens, and the OS so you can cut down the number of steps to apply this if you are not unlocked already. But that will be later this week....
GPS Hacked on VZW Leaked ROM
I have been looking for a way to upgrade my stock VZW VOGUE (6.0).
But I can't find the original shipped (6.0 ROM) in case I have to go back to stock.
I noticed the link to your "GPS Hacked on VZW Leaked ROM", http://www.scottcrosler.com/vogue/ sent me to a page about the Touch Pro or the Touch Diamond. I did find the file that I
downloaded back on 11-30-2008. I searched the 51 pages from ppcgeeks, but still don't know if the ROM is safe to run. Is there a reason that you don't
support it?
I will search further..
I've read on the other site that its dangerous

I have NFSFAN Latest rom with GPS, I want to go back to the original bell rom because bell world said they can't change my cell phone number with the custom rom.
Thanks
I have done it so many times......nothing hard nor dangerous.
Just use the latest bell firmware (with the GPS) and flash it.....

Hmm sounds kinda weird, I don't see why the need the stock bell ROM to change your number. Just re flash it with the bell ROM, go get it changed, then flash your custom ROM back. Just don't try to return your phone until you have downgraded the bootloader and flashed the stock bell ROM, but in your situation it does not sound like there is a need to downgrade.
just make sure that the Official Bell Rom has the 3.xx Radio or more,, and you will be fine.
Well I flashed to NFSFAN's ROM hand had nothing but trouble after that. Now, to be honest I couldn't say if it was the ROM or the flashing that caused the problem, as I unlocked as I was supposed to first, but I could not reflash back to OEM after that using active sync, I had to do it from the storage card. And now after trying it yet once again, my phone shows No Service...
So I would say that your mileage may definitely vary... I'd say if you're able to downgrade to the Bell 3.09.666 ROM from activesync you should be fine.
Keep us posted!
Hey, all - the power button on top of my Vogue has 'clicked' a mm too far and isn't popping back up anymore. I'm thinking I'll just ask Verizon for a replacement phone since I've only had it a few weeks. I'm running NFSFAN's WM 6.5 v3 ATM which I'll be replacing with a stock ROM before return.
My question: do I need to downgrade the bootloader back to stock (instead of ImCoke 2.31) in order to return the phone and, if so, how?
Thanks!
Read here, an excellent guide:
http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=29172&highlight=returning+touch+for+warranty
Good luck, let us know how it goes.
Worked!
Thanks, jmitr -
took a look through that and about 4 other threads and it looks like this has gotten a little less 'risky' since vzw put out their GPS enabled rom a few months back, since you don't have to flash over a GPS rom with a non-GPS rom anymore.
So, for posterity:
-Started with imcoke 2.31, nfsfan wm6.5 v4, vzw 3.37.78 gps radio
- ran imcoke .40 (required to replace custom bootloader w/ carrier bootloader)
- reboot, got stuck at htc screen
- reboot to bootloader
- ran latest vzw carrier rom (3.14.605.1 atm)
- reflash errored [262]
- clicked 'recovery' and followed instructions
- rebooted automatically - spl showed 2.01.0000 at this point
- reflash continued, successful
- reboot, let customs run
- had to *228 2x, first failed, 2nd succeeded
Working like a charm. I don't know what the original PRL/PRI numbers were, but now the PRL is 51284, and PRI is 2.03_002
Thanks again, hth someone down the road!
Thanks! That was verry usefull
I'm returning mine tomorrow,
I have PRL : 31402 ; PRI : 2.03_007 ; Bell Mobility
Does anyone know if those are the originals?
I just got my tilt 2 about a month ago. I want to flash a clean rom, but here are my questions:
1. I heard that I have to unlock my phone before I flash a new rom, is that true?
2. Which rom do you guy recommend? I just need a clean rom with TouchFLO 3D or Sense.
3. How can I back up the rom I'm using now?
4. If I have to unlock my phone to flash a new rom(which I'm not willing to do it now), how can I delete all the pre-installed softwares? I looked it up in Wiki, but when I try to delete something by using CEregeditor, it always says that access denied. How to solve this problem?
Thanks a lot
you dont need to sim or security unlock your phone but you do need hardspl. if you want a clean rom with manila/tf3d/sense i would recommend eras2r's rom at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=585403 . and for reverting to stock for warranty and everything else you need check out http://tilt2.blownfuze.org/
Thanks. I got another question, do I also ned to flash radio? what is that for?
radio is for wifi, gps, and cellular connections like phone and mobile data. you dont need to flash one. the stock radio that comes on the phone is one of the best stock radios i have seen. on the old touch pro, you would need to flash a new radio if you wanted to get a signal anywhere or use gps in this decade. i always flash the newest radios just cause i can but thats me, i dont like out dated software. i would wait on the radio if i where you, just to know what it all means first.
My wife had been on whatever stock ROM came on her Pixel 2 since i bought it with no issues. She ran into a problem after maxing out her storage that the phone wouldn't boot and stayed stuck at the "G" boot screen. I got that fixed by sideloading an OTA of what seems to be some pre-release version of Android. it says "R" version. Many vital apps aren't working correctly - messaging, gmail, can't search from google bar, camera stopped working properly. So i am thinking i should start fresh and install something else now that at least the OS is back booting properly and hopefully everything will work ok.
I just want to make sure if anyone can help tell me what i'm dealing with, i believe this was a locked bootloader? not sure i can or need to unlock it.... > Install twrp... > Flash stock rom...? she doesn't need a fancy rom just something simple and stable.
Here's some of her vital info, any tips greatly apprecaited as i'm out of the loop on this stuff and an old pedestrian user at best.

Since your phone boots now. Simply wiping out everything should do the trick i guess.
Yeah. You can a factory reset. Your are currently on Android 11(R) preview ROM, it's still in the early phases and not suitable as a daily driver.
If all fails you can always flash a factory image, just remember to backup your data first.
Is this device a carrier device and if so, which carrier? You can only flash factory images with an unlocked bootloader so you need to figure that out first.
To figure out if you can unlock the bootloader you will first have to figure out if you have a Google or Verizon variant. Google variants can be unlocked. Verizon variants, for the most part, can't (although there is a thread where I believe someone may have done it on a Verizon variant). To figure out if you have a Google or Verizon, go here... https://www.imeipro.info/check_lg.html
Under "Buyer Name", if it says Google you're good to go. If it says Verizon or VZW, then you can't unlock the bootloader (unless the method in the thread I mentioned above actually works).
If you find you have a Google variant then via fastboot unlock the bootloader and fastboot flash the latest Q factory image.

u need check ur phone can or not unlock bootloader.
if can... first thing u need to do is enable " oem unlock" in "development options"
when u unlock u can flash whatever firmware you want.
.
the problem u in android 11 . this very much bug.
Once you unlock, it'll wipe the phone.
You say you're running 11 DP1... At this point, I'd suggest signing up for the beta program and let the system update to I'd imagine the latest preview. Doing this should not wipe the phone.
From there you should have a working device and can back up what you want.
You should be given the option to unenroll on the beta website. Doing that, will downgrade the phone to the latest 10 release. it WILL also wipe the phone.
Go here. I see there's a link that could help you out.
