O2 igual ao 9100

Ola a todos,
E a primeira vez que esvrevo neste forum e queria pedir se alguem me podia ajudar, porque comprei em Africa do Sul um O2 igual ao Qtek 9100 com o sistema operativo em ingles e gostaria de mudar para portugues.Sera que e possivel?

Deves escrever em inglês pq senão será muito díficil alguém te responder (basta ver o número de português que estão aqui ).
So I'll be answering you in english, in case someone else has the same problem.
In order to change it to portuguese, you need to find a portuguese rom to put on your phone. But this can be tricky because there aren't too many portuguese rom's available (I don't have one before you ask). Also, your phone might be a G4 or a G3 (these are the phone models - different bootloaders), and there are different tecniques to upgrade them.
Anyway, it is possible to change your rom to a portuguese one, BUT you have to read the stickies here, and read them again before you try to change the rom on the phone, if you don't you face the probability of damaging permanently your phone.
PS: Why don't you keep your ROM on english??

Hi, it was some time that I walk in the forum of the XDA and now exists rom in a lot languages but nothing of Portuguese! Now the rom with Portuguese for the TyTN exists is possivel to make the rom for trinity with this rom?

I think the answer to your question resides in the threads that were open some days ago with the ROM Kitchens. Its just a matter of checking it out, i am sure you will find out how to cook your own Portuguese ROM.

The rom was really slow and, of course, in brazilian portuguese
radio version 1.00.25.08 (protocol used to have an 'U' letter)

Camargo , estou pesquisando também ,mas parece que só em portugues de portugal, vi alguns arquivos que modificam o tf3d ou alguas coisas para portugues e vou fazer um teste qdo tiver tempo, estou engatinhando ainda.

(Urgent) Problem Boot qtek 9000

Hii, tenho um grande problema com o meu qtek 9000(PU10), depois de pesquisar la encontrei alguém a dizer que para instalar uma Rom em PTG teria de actualizar o Boot( pois eu preciso de mudar a linguagem do 9000 de inglês para PT, mas a única Rom que encontrei foi apenas em PTB e ainda não encontrei em PTG, mas o meu problema é que quando eu tentei actualizar o Bootloader partir dai o ecran esta sempre preto e diz apenas ''Serial'' , alguém me pode ajudar please!!

after searching there I found somebody to say that to install a Rom in PTG I would have to bring up to date the Boot (therefore I need to change the language of the 9000 English for PT, but the only Rom that I found was only in PTB and not yet I found in PTG, but my problem is that when I tried to bring up to date the Bootloader to break the always black ecran from there this and says only ' ' Serial' ' ,
somebody can help please me!

Para mudares a ROM precisas de fazer o CID Unlock ou SUPERCID. Bem como SIMUNLOCK
Ou seja remover todas as protecções , À REDE ao operador e à Lingua....
Ou podes tentar o software de upgrade que força o CID bypass , sem necessidade de desbloquer o device.

All ROM´s for Universal can be found here at XDA (in the Wiki or Universal mobile 6 section)

Buzzlightyear was (is?) a great developer here a long time ago and he has his own site as well with all sorts of hacks. Great ones! the link on the post from Road is from Buzz site. A little search here would produce lots of posts from Buzz. What he could not post here for any reason, he would post it there. Great developer! He probably moved on to new devices.
Edit 1: The only Portuguese ROMs that can be found on links are apparently WM5 Original ROMs. Very little seems to have been done in terms of translating the English ROM into Portuguese for the Universal. There is more done for newer phone models.

preciso de uma nova rom em PTG para o meu HTC P3600.
aqui á uns tempos coloquei uma nova mas deparei que o TOMTOM não funciona, não tem rede gps.
Alguem me arranja a mais actualizada disponivel em queo modulo gps funcione?

epa em tuga n tens aki muita escolha...o melhor mesmo é arranjares em WWE.
não é para falar mal dos cozinheiros tugas mas as roms tuga nao parecem ser tao versáteis...n sei pk mas ha kk coisa k eu nunca gosto nelas e volto a meter WWE.
em WWE o k recomendo é ou do FINIX ou do TNYYNT (se precisas mesmo do GPS usa uma ROM light...ROM's com Manilla ou WM6.5 o gps fica leeeeennnntttto)

in portuguese there's no much choice around...the best choice is the WWE versions. not that i thinks that portuguese cookers are bad but ther'es always some things that seem not to please me...try some WWE versions either from FINIX or TNYYNT. For GPS usage try light rom's since they are a lot faster than rom's with manilla or WM 6.5
they rocked my world and still rule on my trinity.

totally disagree! I'm using for some time now this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=436941 and never had a problem. It's complete and very stable...

thats YOUR opinion...all jade or manilla roms i tried make my pda go slower when i turn on my gps even blocking it or automatic shut down while navigating...
there are so many roms to choose from...each person chooses the one that suits him better.
and i never said that portuguese rom's were unstable or incomplete...i said that sometimes there are things in the rom that i don't like...like an Office or something like that...i rather install a lite rom and install all the things i need after...

what are you using with no problems: one of those nice manuals at the top, or the ROM?!
