Hi,
I just installed the new dusk 2.1 theme from a cab on Dutty's XT Turbo rom.
It seems to have worked ok, only problem is, I cant use the Start button now.
Any ideas?

Doesn't Work.

Hangs the device when the “Starting up…” message
Tried reflash and reinstall from get.good.com with no luck. Hangs the device at about 95% install when it tries to start the services.
Anyone else have this issue?

Just reflashed with Black X RC and it all works.
So it seems to be a problem with Schap's 4.01. Previously worked with GL 4.x and Schap's 4.0. New GL is v5.0.0.73_en.

was running v3G's 3.60 and switched to Schap's 4.01 (which is very slick BTW) but Good hangs. I even downgraded the radio from 1.54.07 back to 1.54.00 without any luck. Also tried downgrading from Good 5.0.0.73 to 5.0.0.67. No change. What a bummer. This was the best ROM i've run so far. It has to be settings since I don't think one cooked version is that different from another when it comes to apps running in WM6. Right? ;-)

Shap's is the best ROM that I've tried so far as well.
I know that JJ's Black had some hex hack to make Good think it was WM5. Maybe this needs to be done to Shap's? Not sure.

I am using GL 5 with Schap's 4.01, it works I had restored a backup, it is just slow and contact manager is not correctly working but rest it ok...

No Luck.
I installed GL5 on Black X. Made a backup. Intalled Schap's 4.01 and restored the GL 5 backup.
I hangs the device almost right away after reboot. Screen is on (with no light), Clock stops but the green flashing activity light still works.
If I try and call the phone, it still plays dead, but it doesn't go straing to voice mail telling me that the phone is still working but the GUI and the buttons are stuck.
Grrrr. This is bugging me.

which version are you using I am using 5.0.067EN
my restore was done from schap's 3.57a to 4.01
I'll try that and see how I go.
I've now tried:
Flash Schap's 3.57a, install GL5 (all works), take backup, flash 4.01, restore backup.
No good. Still hangs the device on reboot.

Good Mobile messaging is not compatible with WM6 which i belive is what schap's 4.01 is cooked from.
im not familiar with the program, but 3.57 is also a wm6 rom, so it should make no difference between 3.57 and 4.01.. it must be in settings.. have you asked schaps if any components are missing from 4.01 that are in 3.57?

What is gmm? If it's Goodlink... I don't have a choice. Version 5 is pushed to me.
Back to Black until this is sorted I guess... Pity... I like Schap's ROM.

i was flashing my device after two months of successfully using duttys v2.
after flashing a couple of new roms (duttys v2.8, cupra xlt 1.4, panosha simple 1.1) i noticed that vijay's tool
vjtoggletodayiialpha
is not working anymore on all of these roms.
this tool hides the taskbar and the bottom bar and makes the space gained usable for the today screen.
currently the tool hides both bars but only space of the bottom bar is usable.
the problem is not dependant of the os build number. i guess the problem is that a new tool or any new updated wm os-component being cooked in causes this problem. maybe it is just a registry tweak.
anybody has an idea?

Today i wanted to install a theme on my HD, so I#ve installed Diamond TF3D config, but everytime when i start TF3D config i get this Error: An unexpected error has occurred in Diamond TF3D Config.exe. Select Quit and then restart this program, or select Details for more information.

youve answered your own question in your signature.
the duttys rom has an updated core and when you read the blurb on TF3D config
it says it wont work above a certain version. im in the same boat, just have to wait for developer to update the app.

Changed my rom from Miris to Energy and still didnt work ?

hey thanks for your reply but when i try to install this on my computer it doesnt install properly but i think i already have it on my computer since some other apps that need it work fine on the phone but its the tf3d that doesnt work. I put the latest energy rom the other day but maybe i am installing the old version of tf3d or something? if someone can post the latest version of it i can try downloading it and see if it works?

I seem to have a problem, when I go to write or reply to texts both on T9 mode and not the phone will only type numbers and not letters, I have tried to see if it's the setings but am not able to work out what's wrong

I have the same problem a few times. Only when I use full quatry keyboard I can type letters. If I choose phonkeypad(i normaly use that) or compact keyboard, it types numbers and not letters. I have had the problem 1 time with Dutty WM 6.5 Leo R2 rom and on Miri rom.
A softreset will solve the problem. But I don't know why it is comming. Must be a bug in the keyboard or messageing system.

A softreset doesn't cure it, any ideas anyone, Ive not flashed the phone at all either so it's not a glitch on anything I've loaded

For me, a softreset had done it. After a softreset, it all works fine again. It has only happend 2 times.
First time on Dutty wm 6.5 R9 rom and the last time for a week ago on the rom I use now, Dutty wm 6.5 Leo R2 rom.

the phone txts fine to regular numbers, but there are a few numbers that i would like to txt like 85100 which is my local radio station, but the phone doesnt want to send the msg

I downloaded a 1.0.0 version to my mobile phone. Installed it and tried to run. Just the WM logo appeared in the center of the screen and disappeared. Application didn't start. No new processes in Task Manager as well.
I'm using Duttys WM 6.1 ROM v4.3. All the rest of the applications runs just great. Except that one.
Couldn't find any help in the Internet.
Could anybody test the application on other ROMs? Maybe it's because of Dutty's ROM.

Interesting, didn't work for me even after a soft reset.
