How would you change where the buttons on the touchflo cube point? Would it be possible to point the contacts icon on the cube to PocketCM instead of WM contacts.
Also, it would be nice to be able to keep the cube open behind the application you launch, so that when you exit, it goes back to the cube.
Sorry if this has been answered already, but i couldnt see it anywhere!
Thanks in advance,
Ben.
it has indeed been answered in another thread.
But especially for you: you can modify the Buttons via Biotouch in your Programs.. The Cube can't be held open. I guess it would eat a lot of Memory anyways..
Thankyou very much for you reply!
However, I dont see anywhere in "BioTouch Settings" that lets you define the contacts button that you get below the 9 quick dial pictures. Is this possible?
Thanks,
Ben
oh, this one you can't change afaik. The contacts page on the cube seems to be the program itselfes and if you click to the contacts symbol it changes the view to the contacts program.
read tom's first post of his B&B4 thread. he added a big list of how to change stuff. one of the entries reads:
"Want Set Pocket CM to default contacts ?? ----> HERE<------"
click it, read it, be happy
Dear Forum,
I have a HTC Touch Diamond. Successfuly Flashed to: 1.93.407.1 GER
Everything works fine, just the 2 Softkys on home are phone for the left and programs for the right.
I have tried to change with different Programs, also in registry, but in registry there are no values for the keys. So I would have the contacts on the left and com manager on the right.
Anyone could help me please to change the remaps?
I have tried almost all, the search have shown me, but without success!
Please help

I think SSmaPA is not intended for that. I use it to remap the tabs of HTC Home Touch Flo (for example, i prefer to open IExplore instead of Opera, when licking on Browser tab)
To do waht you want search the forum for a thread named somithing like : "manila teaks" or similar
You have to work on registry: HKLM/Software/HTC/Manila ... and then writing what you want for HomeLSKPath, HomeLSKText, HomeRSKPath and HomeRSKText
You find it on that thread. Good luck
set the path to link to the comm and contacts shortcuts in your start menu. Device/Windows/Start menu/... something like that.

Gents,
Is there a way to have additional tabs in Manilla with e.g. today screen from WM ?
I had PocketBreeze in my old smartphone and loved it. I'd like to have this in Touch HD without disabling Manilla.
Thanks,
Smartin
Your answer is called Second Today
Second Tab in Manilla
Hello
You can use a program called SecondToday which will allow you to have both TF3D and the normal windows Today screen.
Perform a search of this forum and you will find information as to where to get the software and how to install it.
Best Wishes
Kaid
I would launch my AgendaOne directly from the calendar tab on touch flo 3d. ssmaho crash my rhodium. Can anyone help me? Thanks
what version manila are you running
i'm running wm 6.5 official version and i'm a newbie. Thanks
ramap calendar tab on touch flo3d
anyone can help me?
this is proving to be a task...are you wanting the left soft key to switch to agendaone or the right...not sure if im able to do this but im looking into it
without hacking deeply in the registry, a workaround is just to put your app under the PROGRAMS TAB.
it's not the solution you want, but this was what I had to do with Goodlink.
Dont know if there's a way to redirect all the agenda items from 3rd party into the native Calender.. or some other means...

Unfortunately what youre asking for cannot be done
In AgendaOne go to Menu>Options>View All Options>Global Settings
Change "Use as Default Calendar" to "Yes", then when you use the Calendar soft key it will bring up AgendaOne.
Can also reassign PTT key to launch AgendaOne
These were my workarounds for that. Hope it helps
Hi!
I´ve been using Thumbcal for about a year now. I had a Touch Cruise where it ran without any probs in Winmo 6.5. (used last version of Thumbcal)
Now I´ve bought a HD mini and I got problems...
I discovered that, when I have an appointment I CAN`T open the app from homescreen... All other shortcuts to the app works! BUT if I delete/move all my appointments of the day so it´s no appointment on the homescreen, then it´s possible to open up the app!
(I have disabled the default calender tab.)
What´s wrong, someone else recognize this? Thanks in advance!
Ps: I also put the question here...
There's no problem with ThumbCal. It's a great app.
The problem lies with the Sense UI. The homescreen calendar link is built to work only with the calendar tab. As we all know, the calendar tab is a crippled, super-slow, useless app.
You'll have to use other ways to bring up ThumbCal. Homescreen calendar link won't work.
Options:
1. Pin ThumbCal to quick links.
2. Use Bsb Tweak to pin ThumbCal to left soft key of Sense homescreen. (Replacing the "Phone" app)
3. Position ThumbCal on the upper rows of Start Menu icons. That way, it will be easy to access the app anytime from anywhere. Without the need to swipe up.
Hello !
have you notice that in thumcal when you scroll to next month it is very smooth but if you scroll to the previews month it is pretty slow ? or is it just me ?

Yes. It is slower when you scroll to previous month. But still good enough. Nothing serious.
Skin
Here is a skin that will give a sence look to thumcal, I did not make it, but just modify it a little bit so it will fit with hvga resolution.
Here is the link to the creator of the skin http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=646072
And I also attach the zip file that you need to copy in the thumcal directory.

Nice work. This looks good. Although i think the bars (days) are a bit too light. Making them indistinguishable from the schedules under it.

Hi,
can you explain to me, how to replace HTC calendar?
ahead many thx
Kuckuck
replace HTC calendar with Thumbcal
Sure, very easy: open Thumbcal app -- push left-bottom button -- Settings -- check "Set as default calendar" and "Set as default tasks app" -- Ok -- Exit.
Restart your Mini and... that's it! When you push calendar tab on home screen, Thumbcal will be the opening application
Does this app also integrate with SPB Mobile Shell? I read some things about it, but it was on a Spanish website, anybody know something about this?

It's mostly likely the fault of Sense UI. Mini's Sense is inconsistent and buggy.
Here's how the weird behavior of Sense work:
1. If you have no regular appointments for the day, the calendar app on homescreen will be empty (showing only the word "Calendar"). In this situation, the link works. Touch the "Calendar", and it will bring you to ThumbCal or stock calendar. Whichever is set as default.
2. If you have regular appointments for the day, the homescreen calendar is not empty (showing a single upcoming appointment). In this situation, the link won't work. Nothing happens when you touch it. (This is probably where you're at. Giving you the wrong impression that ThumbCal won't work.)
3. If you have whole-day appointments. The homescreen calendar behaves as if there's no appointment for the day.
Weird. But that's Sense UI.
Try a homescreen link to ThumbCal, or change one of the homescreen softkeys instead. The Sense homescreen calendar is unreliable and useless.
No magic trick, I did only what I have been explained in my previous post. My HD Mini is opening the Thumbcal from homescreen when I touch "Calendar"...
Is working super fine with new skin Barreto SenseHVGA

It won't work. You can open ThumbCal with the homescreen calendar only when it's empty. Trust me. I've been there. I've spent weeks trying to figure this out.
