Clean 6.5 ROM?

Hello,
I'm searching after a cleaning 6.5 ROM. With clean I mean the hole windows mobile 6.5 which run on the Diamand, no tweaks, bad skins changes or something else.

as 6.5 is not really ment for our diamond
your never really going to get it 100%...not at this time
its new and they are still trying to get it right for this phone.

Will we be able to use TF3D2.5 on Diamond

I see that htc have released a new version of Touch Flo 3D (version 2.5), which looks fantastic.
I would like to know if anyone believes that we will be able to get this to work on the Toch Diamond, or will I have to buy the htc Hero to benefit from this kind of interface ?

Well now it's being ported to VGA, it would probably eat up a lot of RAM but it probably would work.

How much ram compared with native Diamond manilla or yoz 2.1?
I think yoz 2.1 is already the limit that Diamond1 can have to be able to successful use more than one program at time or run a GPS program.

Firstly, Why is this thread in ROM development? I hardly think TF3D 2.5 has anything to do with Diamond ROMs... Come on guys... That and TF3D 2.6 has already been previewed.
In response to your questions flitzjoy how can we know? It's not on the Diamond yet. It's not ported to VGA. So we can't tell yet.
There is a port thread over in development and hacking... Please search before posting as your question/s are probably more likely to be and already answered over there.

2.5 is ugly, i hope no one takes the time to port that crap, would be etter off porting 2.6 when its stable

as much as i want a new version, i would never want them on the Diamond. It eats up too much RAM and between the porting and converting files, there are bounds to be an assload of problems.

Sprint Touch (HTC Vogue) Camera not working after 6.5 upgrade

Sorry for the newby question, but does anyone know how to get the camera working again on the HTC touch (Vogue) after upgrading to the 6.5 ROM. I used the NagRom 2.8

it looks like this is a common thing, to me it looks like it was forgotten in NagRom 2.8. the hardest thing about it this is the only 6.5.1\23053 rom out that has been cooked for the Touch/Vogue. At this point u will need to wait for Nag to update this rom (which he has already told me he use his TP2 and really doesn't have time to update or fix things hes not having a problem with) O well hopefuly NFSFan will come back and update his rom to 23053 or some thing closer then where it has been left.
Side note: NSFFan is in my opinion is the most stable of the Vogue 6.5 roms But its a little out of date to the current cooks.

Mort Script can be unstable at times but if done right works really well with legacy devices.

3VOLUTION SERIES ROMs - S620 and SNAP

Hi,
I was thinking to move from my S620 to Snap because I noticed that the development of 3VOLUTION ROMs ( and all the others ) are not going on.
What do you think about?
May we expect new Roms for our S620?

We need to see more 3volution roms for the Excalibur. Maybe based on the new 6.5.3 core.

I have update my s620 to the last 3vo rom available (fantastic!), and my idea is to wait to change the phone until WiMo7 will be described in details (you know, multitasking and so on...).
As of today, before moving from WiMo to Android, i'm happy to play with the Hexcalibur, and any new rom will be well accepted!

I ask to 3VOLUTION author

you guys don't realize what oOkBa went though to get that rom to run as smooth as it does now, on a device that's 4 years old, I was one of the first beta testers of the 3VO 6.5 from when it was 1.0, and now at 3.0 maybe he has reached a plateau where there's not much else he can use that's still compatible or that it works well on the excalibur.
Instead of making a new thread asking about it, why don't you ask in the proper rom thread or pm him about it, you might get an answer quicker that way.

I have just accquired ampther HTC TP2 here in the UK, its on Orange and runs on WM6.5, i am looking to run a custom ROM or something that will either make it more useable
..or android if its a viable useable option (last time i ran it on TP2 it was just for the demo purposes really, nothing really worked but that was ages ago)

You should really use the Search button, but I'll be nice because the upper people here always seem to tell people off...
Anyways, first you'll need a HardSPL. Get it here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=550131
Then, you'll need a custom ROM to actually flash. Get it over in the Windows Mobile Development section. As for Android, it's working pretty decently now by my standards, I have FROYO X installed with the Camera and Backlight kernel and the 3D drivers. (Get it from the Android Development section.) Works pretty good. If you've got a fast SD card and don't mind mucking around in Linux Gparted, there's even a nice Gingerbread build.

The stickies in this area [Touch Pro2, Tilt 2 Windows Mobile ROM Development] will get you started. More specifically, the third thread down is the one your should start with.
