oh while im on it.. can you guys recommend which is the top 5 Panels that we, X1 users must have?

it's stickied at the top. it says ALL X1 PANELS. you search but didn't find it? it was right in front of you. you need to have youtube cab, then install the panel for it to be used as a panel. anyways look dude, where it says sticked and X1 LIBRARY PANELS. it's in this theme and app thread. if you miss it i don't know any other way of tellin you.
oh im aware of that sticky thread of the X1 panels, but unfortunately for the Youtube part, it was a dead link, that is why i thought i'd open a new thread asking a link that might be working
maybe someone can like re upload it with RS or MU perhaps? that would be great thank you

Shucks. Maybe in time...
all the cabs are available in xda development and hacking forum. But the total install is around 26mb. I installed on my tilt last night and its pretty sweet. Dpad navigation works, so maybe a possibility that it could work, just have to try it. They also have the oems available for using in roms. Maybe nrg can cook it into his rom.
Has anyone here tried this yet? Its working almost perfect on the shadows, so the only reason you might have problems is the landscape compared to portrait layout. But that could be worked out, the main thing is that it will work on wm standard if anyone's interested in it.

It's only for htc phones right now, so I can't try it on my blackjack before it sells to let you know any more than that. I can tell you on the tilt, that this is a great interface plugin.

thats just a matter of changing the settings xml for the image layout and changing size of background images, wouldn't be to hard, just takes a little time on spacing adjustment. The zip with all needed cabs is in the first link. shadowmike may have changed some of the files to use on smartphone, i'm not sure. He's supposed to have his done this weekend and should be available on allshadow.
NRG should get this for excaliber/dash if he's serious about making a rom.
Nice, how about that HTC Viva, I think its using the same processor as the Dash, but with native TouchFlo, can't wait.

Manilla Touchflo2d is now working on htc smarthphones for anyone interested. The layout is for portrait, but is has a xml file that you can adjust all the tabs, icons, text etc , so that it will view correctly on the dash/excalibur. Here's a link to all the files needed and a good thread on setting it up for smarthphones.

hey gorap, have you already installed it on your dash? You have to move the tabs first so you can see them. I've got some of the landscape values for home and weather. The programs page auto adjusts to fit I believe. The wallpaper background has to be widened as well(hh_fw_background.png).

When I bought my first PPC, I didn't have a clue on how to mod it, or do any of the cool stuff I saw other people were doing. I read the forums for a good week, and tried to find out all the info I could. Afterwards, I tried a few mods and they worked! There were a couple of times where I couldn't figure something out, THATS when I posted and asked questions that were answered by forum members. You have to do some reading, research & experimentation about things first, you can't just post a general question and expect everyone to spoon-feed you the information. Read a few threads dealing with how to do what you want to do, use the search, and you will see someone has asked the same questions you have now. Download the .CAB files you need, and happy modding!

all i want to know is if i am using the right software i download something name the diamondtf3d i can chage the skin but the skin comes like half way down the screen i guess that because it was design for the diamond which has a small screen so i want to know if there is a version for the blackstone
Depends on the theme. Some themes can be obtained by just replacing manilla files in your Windows folder. Search for instructions in the appropriate theme thread.

can the diamond TF3D config used to edit/add themes for HTC HD / blackstone? will there be any problem?
Using a Diamond tool on your Blackstone/HD could cause trouble because the screen resolution and size are way different (Blackstone 480x800, Diamond 640x480)

Hover over the item in the start menu you want to replace the 1-6 press right softkey Pin To Quicklaunch and choose the no. you want the prog to be

There is atleast one more link somewhere on xda about i found it once with lots of searching i will look tomorrow when im on the labtop and some on my Mad tricked out kavana 6.1 S621 Pro : )) i got a bunch gagets installed tomorrow on the labtop ill upload em here : )
This really makes the S621 pure 6.1 Smartphone.. with all the other system tweaks!

Look, I'm not trying to complain again about double posting topics but, if you would've searched smarttoolkit, you would have found nica's thread called (download smartoolkit here) with all the links for smarttoolkit, skins and icon bars.

Is it possible to create a Pandora panel that would run on the Xperia? This program is one I would love to have more than most I've seen suggested or even wished for. There has to be a way to have a Pandora Panel right?

Yes, I have read through that post, but it still doesn't work. None of those solutions work for the Xperia x1, so I thought I would check here for possible solutions, especially designing a panel from scratch (not using a panel as a link to the application) if that would be possible to do for the xperia x1?

just got my tp2 and had before a kaiser. I tryed a serval of rom's with and without that manila plugin and at least i stayed with the regular todayscreen cause it was easy for me to add stuff to the today scree like a messenger so i can see how many people are onine and whatever....
now i wana try to stay with that manila screen, but i'm realy pissed by the today screen, cause i don't know how to add more then just the clock, schedule and missing calls ... quite boring...
so please, can somebody tell me if its posible to add more? i was already looking around, but i coudn't find anything. maybe somebody is having a link for me?

Eyh m8, I did not make this thread, but I looked for manilla Today. Can't find it. There was something like manilla startmenu, to get the old menu back, but that isn't what he is asking for.

i also just found the sticky to change back to the regular screen, but i wanna try to keep on using the hole manila thing, i just want to add more things (todo-list, messanger, etc.) to the manila today screen.

It will replace one of your TF3D tabs and use that like a normal Today screen in WM. Some people like the convenience of having SPB Mobile Shell run on that pane and others like to use it with Pocketbreeze for quick glance information. I'm hoping that we get a port of Sense UI to the TP2 soon.
