But the problem is that it's in Italian...
I've tried reading a lot here before making this thread but i just couldn't figure it
on my own anymore.
Can somebody help me with a step by step procedure in doing this in Detail and suggestive links??
The flashing, the radio and the WWE ROM.

Ok i understand that part...cause i've been reading this whole thread for sum time now.. but the problems is that the new WWE Rom...i downloaded it but it says it's corrupted... how do i go about this???

But now I need help and I didn't find the solution in buzz nor wikki. I have done all the process to unlock it ....now the radio version is 0.00.00 and I have already run the exe that it supposed to make the radio 1.whatever but still 0.00.00
Any other radio update ? and,........... I'm from Argentina and living here that suppose an inconvenient?

Howd'y just got a new Jasjam Spl is 2.03 how do I go about flashing my rom as the RUU doesn't have my SPl in it ??? Basically I want to updat to CRC's latest
Do some more homework first dude, you dont wanna end up with a paperweight......ALWAYS make sure you have flashed HardSPL before you do ANYTHING.
Take a peek here about what to do: Flashing HardSPL. Then flash away with any ROM you please.
Done a lot of lookin but everything I look at doesn't state anything about the 2.03 version all I want to do is U/grade to CRC's Cooked version, is there a how to incl 2.03 ???? I can't find one

seriously....you DO NOT need/want to be using SPL 2.03....you are increasing the risk of bricking your device...flash hardspl 2.10 to your device then just flash CRCs rom using the utility included with it.
Follow the guide i posted earlier to make your device safe to flash then look in CRCs thread for the files you need to run the ROM.

Listen to his experience cos god knows his guides have helped me out a lot of times...We don't wanna be answering questions tomorrow about how to unbrick your hermes. Its easier if you listen to experience and have a good time upgading your hermes as we won't knowingly steer you wrong..

Do you know how I can get back to SPL 2.03? as I'm having troubles with my Jasjam, and it's not related to various ROMs etc. and I want to take it back to Telstra, but I know that if it has my current SPL version (SPL-1.10Oli) it will be rejected.
Any help would be appreciated.

I've gone through that, but that only gets you to SPL 1.06, which (I'm not sure really) is an older version which wouldn't be recognised by Telstra as genuine?

Hi need some expert help please.
Trying to update my Diamond and first i updated Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex 1.40 i think it says.
Then i updated with: RUU_Diamond_HTC_WWE_1.37.871.3_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.26a.25.09_1.00.25.03_Ship.exe
So everythings seems fine and its installing all the programs and so...
BUT the touch screen is not working very good, its like freezing up all the time and some time is just hanging so i haft to boot the device. But when its not possible to use the touch function the "button" is working. Hope u understand what i mean? Somebody know what to do?
Im all new with this kind of stuff pleae help me!

y dont u d/l e 1.93 cook rom it more faster... but need to use unsigned SPL
The Signed HardSPL only allowed you to flash ROMs that have been signed by Olipro and listed in his thread in the sticky
OK.. like i sayed im new. So where do i get a cooked ROM and where a Unsign SPL ?

harky please read before you post... 1.40 is unsigned hard-SPL..
if you're having trouble with device after flashing, try a couple things:
1) hard reset
2) if it still doesn't work, reflash that ROM or another
3) still giving you problems, then i think you should try one of the other Hard-SPLs (look for the one that is from your original SPL version)
he is asking for unsigned one also (i nv see wrong @ his post)
read again.. he already has 1.40 olinex (which is unsigned)

I tried to search the Wiki and this forum but unfortunately I was unsuccessfull in searching the link for downloading the original russian ROM. I have problems with my Diamond and want to get in official repair (warranty) therefore I think I need the original ROM not even an upgraded one from official site. Maybe this is mistake and I can give them my Diamond flashed with any cooked ROM?

Surprisingly for 1.37 ROM you need ... 1.37 SPL.
BTW. I do not think that they will realize the SPL if you'll have original ROM. But just to be sure - flash the SPL - it's 1 min...

I am in a fix right now . I ordered HTC Diamond from Rogers and got a french phone instead. I really cant do anything with that. Now I called rogers and they say they dont have touch english in stock anymore and dont expect it soon too. I have two choices only, flash with WWE ROM or return it back. I really dont wanna return it back but I am kinda new to all SPL thing. I want to flash it. I have experience in flashing my HTC Excalibur 3-4 times.
I just have two questions to ask and if you can answer them I will get to keep the phone or else I would have to send it back.
1. My current SPL version is 1.93 . So before flashing to a new rom which SPL should I flash it to. There are tons floating around. Can u pin point to me please.
2. Will any ROM work with the SPL?
I will really appreciate your help .

UPDATE: I just found out there is a ROGERS WWE ROM on xda. Do I need to HARD SPL it or I can just change the ROM?
Yup, you'll still need to put the HardSPL on to allow you to change the device, as your changing it's region as far as the device knows.

It's Olinex's HardSPL for 1.93 (same one I used), works perfect.
Just make sure you follow the instructions on the flasher.
