You should be looking at elf/elfin upgrading forum here. Do not forget to read the guides before trying anything to your phone.

you mast go to start boot and setup new rom
1- press power and down vole in one time
2- conect your usb cable
3- start setup your rome from your computer
you can search on the forum (on the sticky thread for example), instead of creating several new thread for questions which have been answered million of times.

Put on your reading glasses and start reading this forum!

find latest AHK and follow the instructions.. I rooted my phone yesterday and i didn't have latest AHK, I spent 6 hours just to root my phone...
