I am cooking my own ROMs and I want to put new TF3D 2 into my ROM. The problem I have is I cant find the Manila files (TF3D). any1 can help me how to remove manila from ROM

OEM -> PACKAGE_Diamond_manila <- delete this folder
OEM/OperatorPkgPT -> PT_Manila_REG.cab <- delete this file (and remove it from ConfigPT.txt).

maybe somebody could help ... i hv extracted my rom to SYS & OEM folder ... but when run the buildOS ... i cant see any packages ....
another thing is can somebody point me to a WM6.1 base rom like hermes or others ... & say if i hv the base rom where should i put it inside the SYS or OEM folder? and where?

i like this homescreen but the guys says that u have to cook your own rom. the could not create a cab file
has someone an idea?

You have to set your computer to see hiden files and operating files too.

Hello guys,
I managed to setup my kitchen finally and start to cook my roms. I need help to put Tachi PhoneCanvas into my kitchen( this will regard to all my Packages which contains files instead of modules). when I downloaded the OEM and I saw in the folder that there are alot of files there(not modules). my Question is do I need to covert them to modules!? can u give a quick guide to do this!?
I am using new Ervius Kitchen

thanks alot man. I have checked the 2nd link before but it didnt say anything about it but ur first link works cheers
ok guys i have done plenty of cooking and there are few things i still cant figure out...
guess some one can help me...
1. Customizing Rom version in About window. and adding extra strings. (settings => System => About)
is it Nk.exe + Hex editting?
2. OEM folder.. can it be copied from a stock Diamond HTC ROM? OEMXipKernel also can be copied from a dumped htc stock rom?
3. HTC Task manager 2.1 overlapping the clock on the taskbar in WM6.5... any reg fix or anything for it?
