HI my english bad syr
when i started manila of my arthemis withe 6.5 rom after 30 min when i look in taskmanger is gwes.exe 7.6-10 mb after when close manila and open ultimate launch its konstand 2,5-maximum 3 mb.why manila make gwes.exe to high?syr for my english is realy lidel bit.

i got a Samsung i780 version L2 with 96p, but I saw so many threads about Manila 2D, that I'm a bit confused. So who can give me the newest/stablest version of Manila 2d 320*320 for 96p?

In this thread you can find all the files to install M2D on your i780. I read the new M2D with footprints doesn't work with the i780 so until someone figures out how to get it up and running install the version you find in the Manila 2D on i780 thread.

you guy install Manila2D for I780 and then replace HTCHomeSetting.html in Window folder with this then you will get it work with 96DPI

Here's my first cooked Rom based on Stock HTC 2.03 (Diamond_HTC_Europe_2.03.401.3).
It's very close to stock, which is for some people an advantage.
You can dump it and improve it some more, if you like.
It has more free storage space than stock (appr. 87 MB).
It starts with 51-55% memory usage at Task Manager.
Manilla is compressed and contains all stock language files, so you choose your language with tf3d config.
Many tweaks are already built in Rom, aiming for stability, speed, power management and everyday usage.
Customer Feed Back and Error Reporting are disabled
Auto Lock is enabled
Security warnings when installing non-certified application are disabled
Default phone band is Gsm
Left Home key is mapped to Icontact
Smart touch is enabled
Keyboard is by default HTC tegic European with English, french, Italian, German, Spanish and Greek

I'm getting the feeling that compressed Manilla lags a little compared to the uncompressed version.
Will investigate and if that's the case I 'll upload a version with Manilla uncompressed.
I 've also tested for lag during media playing and it didn't happen. So HTC's fix will probably not be included.

Is there any cab around of a non personalized Manila 2.1?
Manila is not installed through a cab
You need to look for a ROM with Manila 2.1 and without any personalization.
I would suggest Topix 3.1.2 (wm6.1) or Topix 3.2 (wm6.5), they are pretty clean (atleast in the cosmetic department ) and very fast!

You can change the language of Manila in the registry, it will only change manila and not wm, but it should help .
The registry u need to change is: HKCU\MUI\Curlang

Hello everybody,
have Anyone an clean german wm 6.5 ROM with Manila 2.5 that i can Dump with Ervius Kitchen?
the other question is, i cook at this time an ROM in german, but when i want to import an Package into the Kitchen, ( like Total Commander) it was succesfull,then i go to the "app.reg editor" i rename the install path from " \Program files" to "\Programme". then after create ROM and flashing the installation was perfect, but the shortcut to this Program don`t work.
This Link goes to "\Program Files\Total Commander\cecmd.exe", but why?
can anyone help me?
