could you please help me? I downloaded xdaunlock from this site and
via activesync transfered the file to my xda, however when i try to open
the aplication i get an error message saying "error getting unlock code"
Am i doing anything wrong?[/b]
this tool doesn't work on some ROM versions especially if it's WM2003 ... and also won't work with RSU 6.2x from Tmobile
I have so far got to re-partitioning and formatting my device but whenever I press format an error message comes up saying "Error FL_IOCTL_FORMAT_PHYSICAL_DRIVE failed" what the heck does that mean? can anybody help me out? Thanks.

I'm running on Schap's 3.54 ROM.
It attempts to load some files or settings, but half way through it says "An unexpected error has occured in AdvancedConfig.exe. Select Quit and then restart this program"
I clicked on Details and copied it as follow:
AdvancedConfig.exe

at System.String.System.IConvertible.ToBoolean()

i encountered an error during auto-config too.
I was flashing a cooked WM6 rom....it was successfull, then attempts to do some auto-config, but in the middle of the process, during "Running Dopod_Black.tsk... it stops and hangs with a message saying
Windows\custTSK.exe does not exist!
then nag-hang na sya I cant tap OK nor can I click on any hardbuttons...only way is to softreset
any clues?

Ok I saw the posts. Unfortunately the solution is too advanced for a noob like me.
Just flashed to TNT 2.0 Pro ROM and solved my problem
Every time I try a Firmware upgrade my P320 I get the "No GSMFFS" error and the installation stops.
Can someone help me understand what GSMFFS is???
Also is there a way to fix this error??? I am getting the Bootloader prompt. It is even finding the image files. But then it says " No GSMFFS. 3 images found" and stops executing.
On a related topic. There seems to be an option to Upgrade the firmware using USB... Has anyone successfully done that???
