Stupid But Beloved Pda

OK my BELOVED X51v screen is on the fritz
(From an erlier post i made from a diffrent thread)
*********((Has any one else experianced flashing lines across the screen that almost looks like stactic off the the TV? I started getting it after I flashed to the newest ROM, I've tried to reflash twice, after the initial flashing, but im still getting the same problem. The "static" even showeed up on the boot screen of the firsat REflash. It seemed to get better but now I picked it back up and it was still doing it just a little bit, but enough to scare the crap out of me and let me know I didnt fix the problem even though it made it like 90% better than what it was, At first i couldn't even read the screen it was so bad. Im hoping I had a bad install with a corrupt file or somthing and not that my bassically new X51V is already broken. Im reflashing to the last rom now hopping that might fix the problem, If anyone knows what might be my problem I grately appreciate any advice. Also if this means anyhting it seems to get even worse when im playing music on it and the screen dims, it was looking fine with the back light on but then screwing up everytime that I turned the light off, I could be nothing because other times it was messed up even with the backlight on.))*******
and i cant find anyway to fix it so im thinking about sending it back to dell to see if they can either replace it or fix it, my ownly problem is i cant send it back with a "cooked" ROM. I tried to reinstall my WM5 A12 rom but when it goes to install the new ROM it disconects from my activesynct and my Windows Mobile Device Center depending on weather im trying to do it on my Vista computer or my XP. I REALLY want my x51v fixed, i tried getting the SD version of the A12 ROM but you have to make it yourself and i cont figure that part out, i can get up to the .nb0 file conversion but for the life of me i cant figure out how to make a .crc file that will work. Does anyone Please know a link to a downloaded pre-converted A12 file or atleast know how to help me figure out the stupid .crc file thanks so much in advance PLEASE help!!!
Drakey83
So Dell is going to send me a new PDA right now and I was just double checking that since I flashed back to the dell WM5 A12 ROM theres no way that they could find out that I used a Baked ROM right?! Just making sure so that my warenty Isn't discovered as void and I have to send my new PDA back.

Sounds like this is a very similar problem to something someone else posted in the last few days. Take a look through the last couple of days posts in this forum and see if you can see it. The general suggestion if i remember right was to use ODIN to fix.

Read before you install, chain fire 3d does not work with jellybean 4.1.
I think the description in the play store also said enough
Amazes me why people dont read ?
It clrearly says not for jelly bean
You need to find your desired stock rom and flash it via odin. Only solution
Why do you install things which aren't supported?
It's the first thing people should do when installing unconfirmed stuff.
Chainfire 3D isn't supported for JB.
What you need to do now is go into DOWNLOAD mode, and flash your stock ROM via Odin, if you want official.
thanks all its my mistake am new , and i said sorry for my note lmao , well now i need to search for good custom room
i download nandroid and platinum backup and i backup my apps&system wz data got .gz files i think on my sd-card and got nandroid backup on my sd-card (nandroid back up like 4 files) one of them .md5 and its 1kb others .tar 500mb and 700mb cach and system and est i think didnt remember they are on my sd-card is that help me by odin ? because i cant open my device any way my only solution by odin mode but is there any file in my back up files can help ? forget i tried to restore my device by nandroid.md5 and odin closed not response , dont say iam lucky new in android world understand nothing for now
You don't need to flash custom ROM, bro. If you want official rom, just go to sammobile.com, find the firmware of your country and flash it through odin. There, you have official stock ROM again.
Also your English is extremely hard to understand. Try to use commas and full-stops.

Operation Help La Noob --> Factory S6 Stuck in Boot Loop

Hi all.
Couple things.
1. I'm a noob here and to tweaking anything Android.
2. From all the forums I read you're all a lot smarter than I am.
-------------------
Issue: I bought a Samsung S6 (Sprint SMg920P) in June. Got it wet in July, not a lot but enough for Sprint to send me on my way to deal with it on my own.
I did let it dry out and it's worked fine all the way until about a week ago. I'm not even sure the water is really related to the issue. However, The phone began to boot loop and would not come out.
Recovery mode would only display the initial splash screen then freeze, and has never been accessible.
Download mode IS accessible.
I've downloaded ODIN.
I've tried downloading some files; G920P_SPR_G920PVPU3BOI1-G920PSPT3BOI1_Original, G920PVPU2BOF7_G920PSPT2BOF7_SPR and ran them per some tutorials, but that didn't help.
Again, I'm new and don't know if those files are even right. (ignorance is bliss I suppose - unless you want to accomplish something)
I'm hoping someone can spoon feed me the knowledge here based on your experiences.
What files should I be downloading (links(?)) and do you have any tip/tricks on resolution?
I appreciate any help here as I've had to downgrade to a Moto Photon from 2011 and it's absolutely excruciating to use.
Thanks yall!

Sounds to me like you might have an unfixable problem. Is the water damage noticeable, that Sprint won't touch? If not, take it to another and don't volunteer that information. If they are able to detect water damage and won't touch, you are kind of SOL. Make an insurance claim if you have it or try Samsung.
This is where to get the latest firmware for your device. The download is very slow. Some guys on here have uploaded for a faster DL. Look around or just wait on one of these.
Flash one of these with odin, if it doesn't work, you likely will have to replace.

Thanks todivefor! I'll give that a shot and if unsuccessful follow up with Samsung next. Appreciate the reply.
Faster Download
https://www.androidfilehost.com/user/?w=settings-dev-files&flid=40967
The two latest TAR files for Odin.
I would use OJ7 as it is newer and if you have taken an update, you would need that one. (You can always use a later TAR, but not revert back to an earlier.)
Use an MD5 checker (like this one for Windows: http://www.winmd5.com/) to make sure that your download is complete. Every file has an MD5, check that it matches what appears on the Android File Host page.
Best of luck.
