I bought my HTC touch diamond in Norway and I dont know how to do if I want to change the language to swedish. So how do I do?

I ca HTC s730, and after the first start i discoverd, that it was a german wm, does anyone now how to get a English or Dutch rom? Tried htc website but it check s/n (and suggests german)

You probably need to flash the phone with a WWE ROM .
