hey i want to install the newest touchflow 3d.
but ass a panel is that possiable?
can you send me a link i dont want to flash my rom but just install a cab file.
because there are to much download links ap versions it al gets tricky.
if i google an app,the app is old then i must search again blablabla.

ow and i got a rom version 1.02.937.3.
must i upgrade if i upgrade what will change.
and if i installed a new rom, and do a hardreset. wich version of the rom wil come

so far the newest touchflo 3D doesn't work as a panel.

in order to have rom update you GOTTA FLASH YOUR DEVICE. only way to get rom updates w/o flashing your device is waiting for the new cab from cookers. i wouldn't be counting on it tho bc most cookers don't wanna waste time with cabs anymore. cabs files so big causes phone lags,stability issues, ect. best way is to flash you won't regret it. just go to the rom development thread and all the info is sticky.

I'm looking for a good ROM, which runs as a winmo 6.5, preferably tested for effectiveness. because everytime i ask someone he tells me that ....'s rom is there but has this bug and that problem.
Would anyone guide me to the light?

I'm deciding between omnia and xperia, and i'm looking for something that is as costumisable as omnia and has a lot of applications supported.
So i'm wondering are roms for omnia suitable for xperia as well or is that another chapter? I like roms like QBus makes them or Taril, but i really dont like sector's roms. I donno if it's his style to make those roms that has vertical menu, i really hate that. I'd preferr manilla 2D or 3D on X1. Are those roms compatible or not?

No they are not.xperia has its own roms.u can view them in the roms section
there are loads of customizations for tf3d in xperia..u can see my thread..its the first..

There are no stable 6.5 roms. Because 6.5 hasn`t been released officially yet.

Which one do you use? I'm just looking for someone that doesn't have major problems like suddenly crashing or anything big.

please DON'T double post anything!
it's a form of wasting vailiable space..
and u can either use valkyrie_v1 from agent_47
or the touch it from itje
or jerpeleas rom..
go try them and decide for your own wich one fits you the best!

Clock time mismach between panels
Hy I usually use 3 panels from X1
1st SPB mobile shell 2
2nd Default X1 panel, use it its the fastest way to get some configuration staf from X1 .
3rd its Second default X1 panel ,I love it BUT I have a time configuration problem , on main clock is always -1 hour from main time , I dont know why ...

Yes.what tiger x1 says will solve your problem.IF it doesnt then please check the time zone you have set in your phone.and in your pc.they should be the same!

What is the best version of Manilla for Xperia

I'm sorry ,
I don't know what is the better and last version of Manila or Touchflo for my experia...
I think somebody have already ask that , but my english is very bad so i'ts very hard to me to find this information...
Actually I have do a reinstalation on my Xperia because of a bad version of manila whitch is not panoramique and very slow...

Well, there is no best manilla for Xperia. The best way to find out is to check de Rom development, and try some roms. Like Touchit, of Touch X.
They have manilla and work pretty well on my xperia.

I remember Joshkoss had some M2D Viva like roms, you can find them in this thread.

What's so different then? I never had a Viva myself but can't say it looks too differently from images I've seen. Ok 1 difference could be some interface details... The Viva has the original TouchFlo 3D interface (like your Diamond), while our Hermes roms work with the 2D version where some animations and details might be missing...

i know man hermes are WEAK!!!

manilla is a hard to tweak today plugin... so... dont flash it... so try to make yours... its easy to cook... or ask on the development threrad how to change that icons... thats all

[Q] hd2 like sense effect in picture and music tab

is it possible to have the cool animations like hd2?
the one when we are in the music tab and we rotate the mobile to horizontal orientation, and all the music files get organised horizontally and same with the pictures/camera tab.

How you should do it is simple, how to actually do it is difficult I think. You can take the Sense of the HD2 and port that version to HVGA. Someone knows how I can port that?

Is it possible to port this SPB Mobil Shell Theme to HVGA?
Sadly the developer will not do it
Or at least this Taskbar?
I think they look very awsome

Damn.. found another nice (CHT) Theme here.
Any ideas how to port this to HVGA?

Hola, most of it should be no problem and should work, but some trial & error is needed since the CHT VGA Port consists of "only" three manila files /(two Lua´s and one mode9). I´m checking on some peculiar things about the mini atm (I also have an HD2) to see what all is needed to adapt "any" HD2 CHT Theme for the mini - taskbars excluded cause they need their own dlls

I would love to have Dark Ninjas Android Taskbar...

i am cannot find any (ANY) skin made previusly for WVGA/QVGA now modified for HVGA.
It sucks .
There is many good looking ANdroid-like skins whitch i used on my last HTC and now i ma cannot on HD Mini :/.
When you find any modern looking skin please publish links here!

I am not sure that is great theme but... i will try .
I like simple SPB layout but with some new widgets/icons/bars - that's what i am waiting for.
At this moment i am searching for something to edit registry or just add reg-keys.
After testing i will share my opinions.

For registry, you could try resco, SKTools, or to do it while connected to the PC and from your PC search for "CeRegEditor"

Damn, HD Mini is very unlucky model :/
- manila 2.5 is very unmodern, not setupable interface (100 times worse than Android ones).
- All Manila modifies on forum are author visions and many times fonts or bgs they us are not acceptable. Also amateurs dont have posibility to make own files cuz we cannot fins realy good made tutorials for dummies.
- Oryginal SPB is the best interface but visualy quite ugly.
- SPB skin authors dont port their job to HVGA or make new ones on it (Even W7Theme is more WVGA skin and working bad on HD Mini).
- Finaly great application - CHT2.0 is also only ported to HVGA. All WVGA widgets are unsharp and many times displays wrong. Also CHT got huge fake - after uninstal some skins like Windroids, base program cannot turn back original icons and all interface is broken.
Only hope is SPB 5 with full support for HVGA will give us new fresh.
Till then I am praying for simple threads with lessons how to manualy rebuilding manila or CHT modules.
HD Mini got great look and best shape i keep in my life. Whats inside this model is mistake .

I had problem with the theme, I don´t know why? I ask to moderator where was the problem (because I want upload the complete port) but I don´t receive any answer. Until I don´t get answer I can´t upload because I will be penalize. For now I must wait until 30_06_2011. Good Luck

HVGA is fail resolution as well as HD Mini is failphone, support for HD Mini was droped as soon as the model was released, theres no chance anyone would do anything for fail phone with fail resolution and fail old OS ... get used to it, buy Desire S like me. Kept the mini just for lulz.

Still no themes compatible for our HD MINI?
