I am looking for a cool startup splash and animations. I have found some for the kaiser, but they aren't really what I'm looking for.
I found a thread where -888- made a series of screens that would blend into one another and provide a smooth-looking boot. I kinda want something like that but, I want the backdrop from the Diamond theme in CRC's rom to be the welcomehead96 image, maybe with a vista logo on it or something.
Any ideas where to find it or how to make it?

Oh thanx man..even i cant find it when i search Stock G2 wallpapers...so..is this a part of the stock or a new 1?
Could be photoshopped, they do that a lot. Verizon gets busted a lot for bad photoshop jobs.
My suggestion would be to get a background app and try to find one like it. Mabilo makes a good one, and the one called backgrounds that everyone likes.

I have searched the Epic Themes and apps forum for days now looking for a Superman theme. I see there is one for the evo and a few others, but is there one for the Epic? This is the one that I really want, even though I have tried and really like many others.
If someone can help me find one, or if there is a dev that can throw one together fast, I would be very appreciative.

I can give it whirl if I get a chance... It would just be a matter of replacing the Star Wars images from my theme with Batman ones... Although I probably won't start until Gingerbread hits.

Thank you for the link I went and found them. They were way out dated though, especially with gingerbread about to debut. I really do not want to revert from EC05 to DK28 for that rom. If it were better quality I would think about it but ACS Frozen 1.1.1 is too awesome.

Has anyone been able to get this to work? I flash other animations fine with the package here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1364044 but can't get this one to work and it's the one I actually wanted It just boots up completely black.

Here's the best I can do. You can replace the corresponding .PNGs on your existing ROM with these... Sorry if it's not so good, I'm kinda new to this.

Here is the splash screen you need scroll down and diwnload google PG32IMG.zip, place in root of sdcard and reboot bootloader it will flash once you hit bootloader and installs by itself. Do not flash via recovery.

Yep, there is or you can download the .zip file and place it on the root of sd card and boot into HBOOT and accept the update. The tool can be found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=956434

great start, but any way you could manipulate it so the google logo is larger (its really small on my screen) and make the lock smaller (its pretty big on my screen). i wish i could find a way to screenshot it.
