Hello!
I wanted to know if there is any way to Flash a model with Bootloader 1.06. I want flash one HTC Hermes (model SoftBank X01HT, ex Vodafone JP) with OS in Japanese to OS in English, but it's impossible because the Bootloader is 1.06 instead of 1.04, and check the vendor ID
Is there any work or any idea with this?

I have purchased my HTC P3600 from London but there's no upgrade to WM6 here at it's european site whereas the HTC HongKong is giving an official upgrade to Dopod D810 (http://www.asia.htc.com/asia/event/W...ownload_1.html ). It's available for download after sign-up.

If you have HTC, no it is not ok for you P3600, it is ok for Dopod!
Different CID, so you need hard-spl, and Dopod rom without spl!
Read the bible!

As advised by TRINITYGUIDES.INFO site I tried to do HardSPL with all the three available HardSPL files, but of no avail.
When the HardSPL's progress bar comes(on pc) it gives a message on my phone " Enterbootloader.exe....This may harm your device...Do you want to continue.." I pressed yes & the process stopped & gave an error on pc "Error 246 Device not responding" & on phone screen showed the bootloader with

Do it again...if you see the error, DO NOT TOUCH THE PDA, just restart the program on the pc!

I did again & it worked.
I did HardSPL with Olipro's Hard-SPL 1.30 from trinityguides.info & my bootloader shows me the following info. which are correct
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100 MFG
SPL-1.30.Olipro
I then tried to install the Dopod WM6 SEA version(ROM+RADIO) but got stuck at 28%...I then reverted to my original wm5 (as I had the wm5 ruu as a backup).
Can you please explain why this upgrade failed. Also I have downloaded the Dopod ANZ WM6 version...should I go with this...Please inform if there's any problem.

I tried flashing my HTC P3600 with Dopod WM6 ANZ version but the same thing happened with me as with Dopod SEA version-got stuck at 28%.
I then again reverted to original OEM rom.
My bootloader details are :-
TRIN100
IPL-0.50
TRIN100 MFG
SPL-1.30.Olipro
Could any one of you tell me which version only-rom is this on the following link & why does it not show the ExtROM in Device Information (refer to it's second page) on ppc.

There is no spl no radio in it, so you will not stuck at 28%...
Upgraded to WM6 OS. Radio upgrade completed successfully but it hasn't changed.
I have successfully upgraded my phone to WM6 OS (sans radio) as given on

But the problem is with the Radio upgradation, it shows successfully completed and the phone resets itself but when I check in Device Information it shows the same old version 1.38.00.11.
I've tried three radios namely 1.46.00.11, 1.46.30.11 & 1.50.08.11 but of no avail.
Does anybody has any idea of it & how to get it done with latest radio.

You have Olipro 1.3 hard-spl on you machine.
If you use this, and step manually to bootlader you can not flash radio.
From trinityguides:
Although Olipro's Hard-SPL 1.30 is the newest version, many people have reported not being able to upgrade their device with this version running. For now it is recommended to use 1.20 or Des' crash-proof SPL for successful upgrades

Now, do not use manually bootloader, just start the radioupdate program on your pc, and everything will be ok!

My original ROM Version : 1.37.207.2 GER , O2 XDA Diamond and today i just spl the device with the signed and unsigned version of the Hard SPL 1.40 Olinex and i tried to use different 3 WWE ROMS to change it to english one but everytime after 1% i get an error everytime ERROR [244] : INVALID MODEL ID. But the i checked with the Manual Bootloader, hard spl is done successfully with triband colors and the correct version of 1.40 Olinex. But it still doesn't work. The device is DIAM300.
Please i need your help, give me some suggestions.

Hi, i've the same problem, is there a solution to install a differet language rom on a DIAM300?
Could be the model ID http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=409425
this solution is valid for the diam300 too?
what does it mean "Make note of the Target CID, Version, Language and Chunk Size. FYI the Model ID is the problematic setting here. If it says DIAM10000 and you have a DIAM300 you're screwed."?

Hello my friends I just bought my new toy diamond......and i think I did a Bull****. I have the 1.37.414.3 wwe rom with radio 1.0025.03 and protocol version 52.26a.25.09H .....after I was doing the hspl and now i have 1.30 Ollinex........the problem that i have is that after that i wanted to put the new wwe europe withe 1.93 rom and the radio ....05 but it was stucking in the 0% ok i was reading the forum and i saw others to have that but i didnt found a solution.... but after that i was trying the developers spl but it doesnt find my device after the last step of the update i get error 202 it doesnt found the device. I was trying the others spl 1.24..1.37... nothing the same ****... it was disconecting my device from activesync and nothing...Please Please i am a big fun of htc I have 2 qtek9000 2 htc shift 1 athena t 1 htc tytn and now the diamond. What i mean is that i knew UNTIL NOW to flash roms and spl but now.......Tell me what should i do now i would like to flash the wwe normal new 1.93 rom with ...05 radio can u give me links and what shoul i do?????? So I will be thankful if someone take the time to answer me:
I have a HTC artemis and I cannot make it work again. In fact, I never flash it before and it was a gift for my birthday. I tried to flash it with a rom but the problem that I can't use the activeSync. the PCC doesn't work and only I can use the bootloader. Then I tried to use the USPL because the original rom is locked but it doesn't work because the USPL works need a connction with activeSync to The PC too .
I don't know what I could do?? please help me

I had the same problem with my i-mate jam. You should download another flash update tool and try it again. It worked for me.
