Hi,
Does anybody know if is it possible to make calls w/ voice dialer from a xda2 :?:
thanks
Is it possible to add voice mail on WM6? I didn't see voice mail on wm6 after installation. This is because i always assign speed dial no.1 for someone. Can anyone tell me pls?
I don't understand what your asking for... my voicemail works fine.
Do you mean a program on your device for voicemail or are you having problems with voicemail from your network?
On the setting option that i have.
Voice mail and text message
Voice mail = speed dial no.1 ( I can assign whatever i want)
text message = my network no ....example +66818110888
I used to assign Voice mail to my speacial no. like my mom 's number on dopod 838 pro with WM5 and then i press 1 for a few second it automatically call to my mom 's number. After i did install WM6,i can't assign my mom 's number to speed dial no.1 anymore.
I hope that you understand what i mean. Thank you in advance.
Ahhh i get it now... i always use 1 for voicemail so i've never tried to change it.
I guess just change the voicemail number in the settings... or live with the fact that your mom now has to be number 2
Hi all,
I am trying to setup call forwarding on my mobile, but the problem is.. I am going abroad and as its expensive to use International number for call forward, I am trying to use access dial number so bascically i am trying to use 0844xxxxxxxpp001732xxxxxx
But my Xda orbit is not accepting the whole number under SETTINGS>PHONE>SETTINGS>CALL FORWARD>ALL CALLS FORWARD TO
Can anyone suggest me a way to set this up please.
Hello everyone,
I have been using youmail's voicemail service for some time now, but I am having some problems with my new Dash. My missed calls are being forwarded correctly, but my voice mail short cut, 1, is not working correctly. I change the voice mail number, Start -> Settings -> Phone -> Call Options, but when I reboot my phone it reverts to the default T-Mobile voicemail number. My question is does anyone know of a way to make this change permament. I asked youmail support, but they said to ask T-mobile. T-Mobile told me to use their voicemail service. Hopefully, y'all can help.

hi guys
I have an unlocked HTC S620 and I would like to know how to get the voicemail to work with T-Mobile. I have been sent the settings and the phone is upgraded to WM6.1 but also T-Mobile recognises my phone as an MDA Mail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What do you mean 'working' dialing 123 on the T-Mobile will connect you to T-Mobiles voice mail. If you want the phone to auto dial voice mail when you long press number 1 you need to edit shortcut for key 1 if you want T-Mobile to alert you upon a new voice mail you need to call T-Mobile and enter in the information they give you. The voice mail alert is simply a text message trigger that you actually never see... as long as you have the correct text message service center number entered in your phone settings you should be good.
