hehe , yes , it is new build 18521 5.2.1921 but cant dump XIP right cant rebuild right its right , that rom was used new tool to make rom by DarkForce

watch what you wrote, ok ,are you think darkforce only can make Universal rom ? let you the the true darkforce will release Universal,Hermes,Trinity,ELF and Athena new build rom soon but not this build will be newest than this

I not sure the name is ture or not but these pic of the rom is "CT_H_SP CT9K" .
This is a new update CHT cooked rom from Taiwan yesterday, and I just flash it, is very stable I thinks so. ( I use [15 Sept 2007 ] Cyphol's GM360 Gold Edition Final before)
If somebody want to try this rom, you can serach the name on yahoo then you can download.

we've already ported the xip of the new building 18521 yesterday, anna will rebuild a new chs rom soonly, maybe this day is ok.

Can a direct link to the download get posted? I have to admit I only know 2 languages - English and ASL - and neither will do me much in that forum

now my CHT9110 got P3600I WM6.1 mary..and work fine. thks ajajaj.
btw..what wrong with other cook WM6.1 for P3600i, why when i try to flash it get through the process but the phone get stuck on boot screen.
appreciated for your advise.

just flash Hard spl by Olipro and follow with this repack mary WM6.1 by ajajaj...you will happy like me now.

what does repacking the ROM involve? can it be done manually for other cooked ROMs?

yep it works. Try to download using internet explorer
and BTW this is good rom faster than previous 1.37 version
with much improved sound quality

Been using this ROM for two days now.... works great! GPS fix is acquired a lot faster and touchflo is fast too..

This is a official ROM , U dont need to do any sim unlock / HArd SPL

ok karkalanand you need to Hard Spl your Diamond first (I used olinex 1.40 developers edition)
after that you can install upgrade version on your phone and no need to sim-unlock

and @asksaravana: this is not official rom by HTC but much better than old crap

If it's not an official ROM, why is there "ship" in the name?

As u all know that some files in the OEM r diff for HTC, Dopod & Softbank ... in order for a better WM6.1 ROM, I need the WM6 Roms ...
Hopefully somebody can put up links for the req roms.
Or just provide me wz the dump(raw also can do)

What do you mean "not original"???
If you sim unlocked your phone, now it probably has Dopod Rom, so it's no good.

Sorry if this a a stupid response - if you need the original WM6 ROM image, can you not extract from the ROM's stored on the XDA FTP Server :

One question..... in the HOW TO the last step of the files says "a valid signed official Touch ROM.". Maybe this sound a bit dumb, but... i guess that I need to use the Cava ROMs right?

What exactly does this do to the phone after it's dumped? Can he use it on softbank, or does he need a new ROM? Is there anyway to screw it away and 'brick' his phone?

nothing will be done to the phone it wont brick ur phone, refer to the thread.
I have made a WWE version of the softbank rom ... not in Japanese yet ... cant find the correct language files that work on WM6.1 ...

It all depends on what you are cooking. You are missing some package, and hence it is not booting! By the way you have a HD2 or Diamond? They both are different devices...

I've cooked for Diamond2, both versions, WWE and a Portuguese one, and no issues at all, I sugest that you review carefully.
Note that sometimes while doing a drag and drop, one folder might go under another one, that happens to me one time, a take a long time to find it
