I can't test before because I haven't got any Diamond, but I'm sure this is the oficial Diamond ROM.

works 100%... but u forgot that this rom is unsigned, so u have to ask cmonex or Olipro to sign this rom and repost...

I downloaded the ROM and it shows SIGNED, but you say it´s unsigned....
which is the right HardSPL that I should use (signed-unisgned)...???

I've updated the first post, with signed (olinex - Hard-SPL signed) and unsigned (The oficial ROM).
I can't check this version, but I think if you put the signed olinex's Hard-SPL before, you have to install the signed version by olinex.

Thank you very much, I´ve installed it and is great, better than "TLR Diamond ROM - based on UK 1.37.405.1 + fixes / enhancements" (very unestable)

Ive been problems with this original ROM... is quite slowly, the only thing is faster is touchFLO 3D, all menus reach after some seconds... when i play with some programs my device is becoming sloooooooowly, i dont know what is... but im sure that Im returning to my old back HTC HK rom

Stay tuned, soon in a few weeks there will be a Spanish cooked ROM, it will be our NiAx Diamond ROM, with some enhancements over this stock ROM. We will work on increase speed and release some space and memory usage.

I did flash my brand new Diamond today I get some trouble but after updating the HardSPL i updated my phone with the english ROM WWE and it works fine but know i have to find how to unlock the phone !

What version of touchflo does this contain? And is it some custom orange one or the unbranded one?

I've flashed my diamond with the dump (after signed it with olipro NBHutils) but it doesn't boot, it stuck at the "HTC diamond" boot logo.
Any chance to have a "ready to flash" Orange rom ?

yep it works. Try to download using internet explorer
and BTW this is good rom faster than previous 1.37 version
with much improved sound quality

Been using this ROM for two days now.... works great! GPS fix is acquired a lot faster and touchflo is fast too..

This is a official ROM , U dont need to do any sim unlock / HArd SPL

ok karkalanand you need to Hard Spl your Diamond first (I used olinex 1.40 developers edition)
after that you can install upgrade version on your phone and no need to sim-unlock

and @asksaravana: this is not official rom by HTC but much better than old crap

i cant download it eather by IE or Downloading Manager ..
rapid share or somthing like that will be good ..
also is it ok to upgrade the 2G Diamond with 3G rom ? what is the effects ..
if i had an indian Diamond is this the only rom that i can upgrade to it ??

Orange Diamond Hard SPL problem

Guys,
Currently stuck with 1.37 orange ROM on my orange HTC Touch and want to replace the ROM with one of these new up to date ROMS but I have a problem :-(
Have downloaded HardSPL_Olinex137_Unsigned.zip to flash the phone but when doing this all I get is the phone sittong at 0% and doesnt process the update!!!
Have followed all the checks before updating but just wont move from 0%!!!
Any ideas would be great!

I had this issue and so use the 1.24 SPL and have had no problems at all on my Orange Diamond

1.24 Works Fine On Orange

HardSPL also comes with the software unlocker hspl v1.23 or 1.24. so if you have done the software unlock, that means you have already upgraded to the best hardspl. if not go for the unlocker, very easy to use and comes with complete instructions.
problem you are getting might be due to bootloader or usb problem

just tried running v1.24 from the above link given by liamhere and is still just sitting at 0% when running update.
which part is the unlocker? Sorry just a newb to the HTC ROM updating

1.24 didn't work on my orange (stuck on 0%). 1.40 worked fine.

If I remember correctly connect diamond to PC adn then double click on diamond_sspl and follow the instructions, then run the RUU in the 1.24 folder by double clicking on it.

yeah u need to hard SPL and flash an other rom...
but which rom we can't say... you have to try it =)
ether AZTOR V7 or bepe0.99dx oder JUICY or DUTTY or...

Thanks for taking the time to educate, just hard for a beginner to go the right way, also to find the right rom, when looking there is no way of defining the right rom, or?

ROMs are like cars, you get lots of different types/speeds/looks etc.
most of the time, a ROM is either fast or pretty. You usually sacrifice one for another.
Dutty has some quick and standard looking ROMs, as does SwiftBL.
Just try one, if you dont like it flash another!

If he will flash an OFFICAIL HTC Rom he doesn't have to hardspl his device.
@Mina08: just try to load the official WWE version of HTC an start the installer... don't forget to backup your files on device. all of them will be deleted by flashing

If your phone is a Original HTC Diamond, you do not need Hard SPL. If it is Vendor or Area locked, you need to do a Hard SPL.
Hard SPL is the CID.
