Hello,
when I enter bootloader, I get a tri color screen which mentions:
diam stage-pvt
Do you guys also get a tri color screen?
Does it mean it is a preproduction unit?
It has been bought from expansys.
Thanks for your answers

I eventually got thru (took 30min) to "technical" at orange, they say its triband!!! All quadband info are misprints!!!
I personally believe it to be quad, but it is a bit wierd...
It doesn't inspire confidence in orange at all.

I'm looking to upgrade to a Blue Angel from my Wallaby (for Cingular US). Looking for a good (and legal) source for a gently used model I can use w/ Cingular. (They are selling it as the Siemens SX66.)
Any suggestions?
TIA,
Mike

How about eBay???
Use Blue Angels
I'm looking on eBay abd a few other auction sites but the deals there are not as good on something that's hot like this. I've seen the SX 66 go mostly for the lower $400. It never hurts to try and get better.
That and the heat is off for a while since I was able to get my SX56 working again.

hey buddy am too from pakistan but unfortunately i live in Islamabad and I own O2 xda Executive......dunno what to do...my casing is also wornout...I asked united-mobile since they are authorized dealers of i-mate products but they said that casing is available only iff you are i-mate JASJAR owner......
ask united-mobile there if they provide service to your universal....or U may get a replacement VGA touchscreen (expensive though)
