Hello
i am looking for a program for call forwarding
so i can give some numbers and if they call that these numbers will be forwarded to another phone
all the other numbers shouldn't be forwarded
Does a program like this exist?
and so yes where can i find it
Greetz Hatchy
Nobody any Idea?
Is this So hard to find?
SPB Phone suite is capable of reject calls (accept white list, reject black list, reject all....) but i believe that it only rejects calls.
Maybe if you set up forwarding if busy it works....
The following codes are for call diverts:
Divert when busy: **67*(phone number)# then press call
To cancel it: ##67# then press call
Divert when out of reach: **62*(phone number)# then press call
To cancel it: ##62# then press call

found it on google, not sure if it will work....
did you search at all???? or you let other people do what you want...
try searching "call divert application for ppc" or sth like that
thanx to all
"and yes i did search"
i could find it
greetz Hatchy
So what have you found?

I think conference calls are network dependent. you make a call then call someone else and then i think you press menu key and merge calls. T mobile does not allow it.
Instead search for hullo group call which might work for you.
hope that helps.
I do conference in this way (I use HTC Legend):
- Make one normal call with the first person of the conference. Wait him to answer the call. Then:
- Click on Apps/Phone. Enter the name or number of the second person and click on "Call" (sorry if it appears a bit different in your phone, I am translating from my Spanish phone). Wait this person to answer the phone. The first call will be automatically on hold
- Now, in the bottom right corner of the screen, you will have an icon to "join in conference". Just click on il and the conference will start.
I think conferences are really useful. With Android need to do several clicks but works fine (the quality of the conference will depend of the network. Usually conference are enabled on networks because operators gets more money -they get more calls at the same time)
It should also work in a similar way if the people of the conference calls you, instead of you calling to them. But you should enable "waiting call" option on your phone network options to be warned when the second person call you.
Hope this helps.
I am able to make conference calls only when I dial out both the numbers.
1. I dial the first number
2. Go to menu click 'Add Call' and call the other number
3. Merge the two
Is it not possible to put someone who is calling me on conference if I am already on a call?
tkz
I looked around, and actually did not see anyone speaking of being able to do that. They all referenced you having to call both lines.
Thanks for the reply. I read somewhere else stating it aint possible coz of the way CDMA works.

I was just wondering what the Emergency Call button does. I'm not going to push it for fear of accidentally dialing 911. Does it auto dial 911? Does it give you a keypad and let you dial any number? Can you access your contacts? Can you voice dial? I just want to know what it does exactly.
I'm pretty sure it opens a dial pad that can only dial emergency numbers like 911
sent with evo 4g
Emergency call button is intended for emergency numbers. Perhaps, the 911 will be activated automatically once it is pressed. But honestly I do have a little knowledge about it.

Emergency call button does for asserting the emergency numbers. Perhaps, the 911 will surely be activated automatically once it was opened. It can do many activities, but I am not sincerely so much particular about them.

Wow, thanks for resurrecting a 5 month old thread to provide those wonderful words of wisdom.
only opens the dialpad for you to dial 911
I was curious one time with mine and it directly dialed 911 after pushing it.

Have you tried google?

what do you mean by a conference call app? Ideally while talking to a person you should be able to select option to add a caller. OR go to contacts and call the second person (first person is put on hold automatically) and the while talking to second person select "join call" or "conference" depending upon the option that shows up.

when i call someone and that someone is on a call with another person,
i should get a message saying that the person is on a call so that i'd know that he is busy with another call ..
Would appreciate if anyone can be of help here.

Doesn't that depend on your and your calling party's service options?
If the party you call has call waiting feature they will be able to answer your call, if they choose so, otherwise your phone will ring through to voice mail, if available, or you will get busy signal/message telling you that caller is busy, try again later.. That's how it works with my phone service...
