hi i m new to flashing radio on ppc. i m using the custom software to flash radio and when it is flashing suddenly i lost my activesync connectionand it is stuck at zero percen. flashing is unsuccessful. so do the activesyncauto go off during flashing or there is some prob with my activesync? can anyone help me? thanks!
Activesync disconnecting during flash is normal. Regarding the 0% issue see my sig and please stop opening useless threads. That's just proof you're either unable to read or search.

Like it has been said before, use the SEARCH function of the forum.
Also try to use a more "descriptive" thread title next time, like for example "Problem with Activesync while flashing radio" or similar.

Did you try flashing an official ROM? At least the one came with your phone? Try an official one and not a cooked one so the radio rom gets flashed again too!

Did you try to reset the Wifi-access point or the Wifi router?I'm saying this because sometimes after flashing I have a hard time getting online,if you want to tell me the changes you have done I might can help you out.

update your radio rom with the latest one, some olds ones don't work with WM6. try the last one 1.50.08.11 and tell us if it works ...
if it still doesn't works after flashing the radio rom, try flashing the WM6 rom another time.
i tray to install the new radio rom but nothings append, it's like i have erase the wifi eeprom or i burn the wifi firmware. please help me.

Try flashing AX3L's ROM, it will push SPL, ROM and Radio to your phone.
See if it works, then stick with it if you like it or switch to something else.

If you've tried flashing your HardSPL again, Radio again, AND Rom again, then I'd suspect your hardware has failed. There's not much else you can do software wise.
Hi guys, i'm sure you wil know what the problems are with this.
Trying to install a ROM upgrade and every time i try just as the update starts the trion disconnects from the pc and the upgrade fails. No idea whats causing this.
If you can help would be great.

When starting the rom upgrade also 'verifying information on pc' it puts the trion into a mode where you have red,green,blue and white sections, and says USB at the bottom :S
which rom are you trying to upgrade to?
So far that sounds like normal behavior.
Are you waiting to a minute to see what happens. The updater kills the ActiveSync connection, this is normal.
You may want to check out the wiki and do some reading. Also, as the previosus poster says, a little more info may be good.

hi after days of reading i cant seem to find a fix for my 8525.
it has no gsm message, no radio version,no protocol version.or IMEI.
i have tried to flash serveral different radios and wm6 upgrade, but nothing seems to work. i always get some kind of error or update stops at 11 or 12 %.
not sure what to do next. any help would be very appreciated.

im having the same problem that you are having. i have an htc 6800 and id like some help on what i might be screwing up on. this is my first flash and im not quite how to fix it. it seems like some one might know whats happening to us.
this is my first flash. and this is what i know. i know i have bl 1.20 and which was successfully installed.... then i tried to install a rom. alltel as it was required to flash the phone to cricket. that didn't work so well. about 11-12% my comp made a thinking noise like it was starting to load something then my 6800 flashed red and went back to the red green blue screen... so ive been at it all day and found lots of useful info on the internet learning lots about this phone and flashing procedures. found a place online where it instructed me to "force feed the rom" mind you this wasn't something that would fix my problem just a different way to install the rom. so i used a blank RUU and that for the moment looked like it would work. it to had a communication error but it got to 59% the error code was 260. it asked me to unplug everything and plug everything. i have been at this a while i have tried many configurations and different computers and different usb ports. i don't even have a full drasp on this yet. some one tell me how to fix this or what i did wrong. im interested in somthing i read about that i cant find now about loading the rom by resting the phone and the rom installing from the sd card???? can i do this if my usb is acting up?

on yesterday i tryed to install the tomtom software and after the usual problem with bluethoot i notice that the radio stop to work.
when i run the link for the radio a general error message appear with any description.
i try to reinstall the radio with the cab file that i found in the forum but nothing change.

i try to uninstall all the latest programs installed (tomtom included) but nothing change.
i saw just one thing in HKLM\software\widcom\fm seems that the fmradio need a BTFMLandscapeVDG.jpg and BTFMPortraitVGA.jpg in windows folder.
pls can someone send me those file, i haven't them in my folder.

now the radio works but i renounced to install tomtom.
After Gingerbread OTA update, when i turn wifi on, it shows error, bluetooth doesnot turn on, fm stuck on 95% and then reloads for infinite time,
Things I tried are
1 wipe , factory reset , cleared all cache related to delvik, data and everything i've read in various forums
2 tried various custim roms and radio
3 tried stock rom
-In Ultimate multi tool, under properties of your device- wlan.driver.status, it shows loading
- A lot of people are stuck with this issue and there is no proper solution to this problem.
- I think this is not hardware issue coz a lot of things stopped working , wifi, bluetooth, fm etc
-I think there is some issue wlan driver module, Please xda member and developer helps to sort this problem and please keep this thread alive unless problems are solved. Also help need from those who had similar issue and how u solved it.Thanks

its simple. The OTA was messed up. Find the ruu for your carrier and flash that from a PC.

As already suggested trying to flash official RUU is not a bad idea. Also if your phone is rooted and s-off you might want to try flashing another radio.
