I installed a version of the B&B Rom some while ago and are not really pleased with it.
My problem however is that I didn't made a backup from the normal ROM that was provided by T-Mobile.
Can any provide a clear version of WM6 dutch version or send me the T-mobile ROM (I know that it is WM5).
Other option and please let me know if it is possible: Can I install WM6 of another HTC product. A friend of mine has the HTC Touch (ELF) which is dutch. Is this possible?
Thanks for your help

Even if you did made a backup from the normal ROM, you could not restore it.
There is no Dutch clear version of the T-Mobile ROM available on the internet. You will have to send your phone back to the servicecentre.
It is not possible to flash a ROM that is not intended for the Artemis.

No it's not possible, don't even try it!
If you are not happy with B&B, like I was..too many bugs and strange things happening to your device (like vibration gone), try the Artemis Touch Full or Lite rom by meschle. It has absolutely no bugs and is much better than WM5.
Hi,
I got a original "3" branded Diamond that I some weeks ago HardSPL'ed and installed a officiel Diamond ROM. (v. 1.93.403.2 DAN).
Today I was at HTC homepage to check for updates and found that a 1.93.775.1 DAN is available. But is this a "3" branded ROM or a Original ROM? And therefore newer than my current?
Best Regards
Thomas Nissen
nej ... if you download from htc .. that wasnt brand3 ... is stock rom .... if you download from 3.dk that was 3 brand ... but i think you should use stock rom .. is fast and better than 3 brand, But where did you get 775.1 from ... i check is only 403.1 ...... if you have download 775 ... can you share ... ??? TAK ...
Hehe i dont wanna go back to "3" ROM anyway. Therefor i just wanted to know if it is a newer stock rom so i got the newest ROM.
Ja jo ... try to cook a new DAN stock rom ... is should be run fast

Yes you can..
HardSPL it with 1.93 first.
Then flash a custom ROM from here - much better than the original ROM's from HTC.
udK's Syrius R2 is a very good one.
Hmmm ok thank you friend , but can you give me a complete guide on how to do this all the way from the begining? If you cant post it please send me the tutorial by mail. Thank you
a guide (it's right there at the top you know):

Dear All,
I'm searching the standard WM5 ROM since the same is no longer puplished on the HTC website . Do you know where I can retrive it?
I know that there is one published, but the website (after the check of the serial number) give me back that is not applicable to my phone.
Many thanks in advance.
When I was looking for new ROM (WM6 or higher) on HTC website, I downloaded a wrong ROM. It is WM5. If you looking for a WM5 ROM which officialy from HTC, you can download from this link

Hello! The amplifier in my diamond is broken. The audio sounds very thin and week trough the audio-port, but sounds good when i use my bluetooth-headset.
How do I make it original so i can use the warranty?
I have hard-spl and a custom rom, do i have do replace the hard-spl with the original one, or can i just install a original rom and still use the hard-spl??
Where do i find the orginal "hard-spl" in that case?
Pleas help me! Sorry for the bad English.
you can just download the stock rom provided by your provider, if you have bought it through him, or if it was with a generic rom, you can easily go to the htc website, give your serial number and it will give you the link to download the rom directly from the htc website.
It will flash the original hard-spl, radio and rom, so it will be original
best regards

Okey thank you very mouch!
Pretty weird. Are you sure i'll get the original hard-spl by doing this? Because I installed a original ROM by doing this, and then i installed a custom ROM again after a while, without installing hard-spl and it went just fine:S
search!
