Ok, you have a G4 wizard!!
This means you have to read the posts regarding rom-upgrading and CID unlocking VERY carefully before you proceed.
Otherwise you are the next in line to have "bricked" your wizard!!
Read al the posts and the Wiki regarding CID and SIM unlocking this device in the Wizard forum!

is there a way to get vendor ID with mitty?

u tried the official t-mobile rom???
You can download the official rom from below. Give that a shot and it should definitely fix your problem.
