Hi.
Can someone please reccommend me some good e-shops that sell the "blue angel" or a similiar version phone? The phone must be sim-free and in English.
Thank you.

Try www.expansys.com. They sell SIM free xda IIs disguised as " i-mate PDA2K Pocket PC", as well as xda II alias "i-mate Pocket PC". It may be worth while to check the prices in different locations - they seem to vary a lot. A list of places offering the xda IIs can be found in http://www.expansys.de/error.asp?exit=015&data=I-MATE_III.
You also may considering deShop.
They've got the Imate version and the Qtek version. They also got a lot off accessories for the devices, like cases... they're really the only shop I found with so much accessories!!
I bought there the Imate PDA2K, the Piel Frama case, brodit holder, and just made I new order for the Imate JAM, brodit holder and an alucase for the PDA2K.
They 've nice services and very good prices... even shipping to Belgium (this shop is located in the Netherlands)
Good luck with your search...
hi
i'm selling my t-mobile mdaIII with english qtek rom, and it's without sim lock
contact me with private message if you are interested
it's like new and with many many software... ;-))

Tweakers.net pricewatch checks the price in several online stores in countries around the Netherlands.
The site is all in dutch, but you can see the prices and the references the the e-shops, whose websites should be in english.

Hi,
I've been dreaming about a Jasjar for more than a month, searching all the web for something used at a reasonable price.
Finally I found and bought one on eBay for 398 Euros (shipping included).
Before paying I would like to know if the device will work in Italy with my SIM card "WIND" and if I will be able to set it up for Email etc...
The seller says that he bought it on Expansis.co.uk and it's SIM Free.
I'm not interested in changing the language since english ROM updates are more frequent, but will I be able to register my device in clubimate (is it .com or .co.uk?) for the updates?
I will really appreciate some help from somebody.
Thank you
hmmm
if it is a real jasjar and not a tmobile mda pro (DOUBBLE CHECK) it should work with any provider.
i find it very brave to buy a phone like that voor 400 euros on ebay.. so scary, and you wont know what he is sending you.. could have a broken screen or a stylus which has been stuck the wrong way around in its hole.. or a broken mini usb slot..
If you want to register it at imate you should get the imate details of him (if he has registered the phone there) If it is stolen then you wont have luck on imate.com
Also 400 euros i think is very cheap for a real jasjar.. i placed my qtek9000 on a marketplace and got real offers of 500 euro plus within an hour.
Best thing i can advise is to buy one which you can see before you pay. Or else buy it with gurantee..

Hi guys I need some advice here, I am going to go to Guangzhou, China this Sept '12.
I am wondering whether there is any place to buy One X in Guangzhou? I have done some researched and I found this place called Galaxy Computer Plaza. Is it available there? And what shop can be trusted (as I've read that they sold some imitations)? And how much does it cost there?
Or maybe I should take a ferry and go to Hongkong? How much does it cost in Hongkong and where can I get it?
Btw how does this device compare to Samsung Galaxy S3? I prefer the screen on this device though, it's fantastic! =)
Please advice, thank you very muchhhhh! =)
In HK you can buy from Fortress or Broadway, hopefully you can navigate their website for pricing.
The HK version is different to most of Asia, but it might be the same as Guangzhou as there are some Cantonese speakers there, too.
My HK version is 1.29.708.something.
Hi, I'm in the UK and I'd like to buy an Xperia Pro, which are no longer easily available new here (unless anyone knows better?) Looking on ebay there are very few for sale in UK, but quite a few for sale from Hong Kong, supposedly in new condition.
Normally I would be wary of Hong Kong auctions (having bought fake GBA games in the past). Does anyone know if the Hong Kong Xperia Pros will likely be OK? Are there such things as fake Xperias? If they're the MK16i model (as they claim) will they work OK on 3G in UK? Will the hardware keyboard be the same as in UK? Will the software have British English? Will Google Play be available? Etc.
Alternatively, if anyone is selling a good condition MK16i, let me know!
You'll be fine. I got my arc s from asia and so did a friend of mine The phone will be exactly the same as any other, except for the bloatware that comes with it
Thanks. I'm hoping to be able to unlock the bootloader and/or root it, so I'm not too worried about bloatware. Any others have an opinion on this?
