Make a backup of your contacts and reinstall your rom. Or try a hardreset.

It seems to be a hardware problem, did you overclock it with batterystatus?

Had some similar kind of problems with my origional stock WM5 rom. I recomend you update your rom after backing up your personal information. What rom do you use? Do you have a huge amount of shady software? If it works at all it should work properly. Some folks have to flash twice to get a stable device.

[Q] Phone not turning it off.

Hello, after I installed this rom, I no longer turn off my phone every time I turn off it restarts again instead of shutting down. Even when I remove the battery and put it starts again alone, without even pressing the power button. This would be a bug in the rom? Since already many thanks to all. Sorry for my English because I'm Brazilian.

[Q] [HELP] Gnex does NOT turn on after a normal reboot

Anyone please help me, i'm very nervous
Today my Gnex has just decided not to turn on anymore after a reboot.
Please note that it is not Flashing - related, because i've used this current rom (Xenon HD v8) for about a week or so. When the fault happened, i just rebooted my phone during a normal daily use, and right after downloading Google Maps and updating Instagram. These are the only changes i made before rebooting the device. And booooom, it stopped running out of the blue.
It does vibrate when i press and hold Power button (for a normal boot) or when i press the combination of Vol up + Vol down + Power to enter fastboot.
But that's it. After the short vibration, it stays black
It does feel warm on the back.
So, what happened to my phone?
Please explain this Sh!t, many thanks.
Maybe this can help you.

Phone does not boot please help

Hello, so what happened today is that I was just surfing on my phone and it started to reboot frequently. I was using PAC-ROM. Then it rebooted another time but it shuts down after the SAMSUNG logo appears. It kept doing that. I decided to install another rom (cyanogen) and I had trouble installing it because it kept doing the same thing, rebooting frequently... I finally installed it. Then I installed some apps and used the phone for about 20 minutes and did the same thing... Can you please help me out guys?
Thanks alot
Are you using a case that is pressing against the power button? If not, the phone could have a bad power button.

Hello,
I am using HTC 10 running RR ROM 5.8.4 (nougat 7.1.2), recently did a clean flash of the ROM , Gapps and since then after a few mins/ hours of not using the phone it ends at this screen (in the attachment) . And I can't unlock the phone and tried everything to make go away of that screen but I can't . So please if anyone knows what might be the issue here ,suggest a solution .

Try resetting the phone? Hold power for several seconds and it reboots
Held down power button for for almost a minute. No reboot for me
If I press power button and volume down it will take me to boot menu and from there have to reboot the phone. That's the only thing that works .
But I am curious to know what's causing this .

No idea but that first notification in your screenshot looks like some app/game you installed or just straight up malware. I'm guessing this problem wasn't there right after your clean flashed RR and before you started installing apps?
Apps were installed from my backup. So no idea.
And that first notification is just a text essage and nothing more . Maybe will just start uninstalling apps that were not part of my backup and check .
Thanks for replying though :good:
No luck , still stuck with the same problem. Someone please try and suggest something.

The following steps will force a reboot, you can follow them if you get stuck in a bootloop again.
1. Press and hold power button for about 10 seconds or wait for several options to appear on screen.
2. Tap the Restart option. The phone should then restart.
I watched the video, did you already try pushing the restart button?

Indeed, this seems like an issue that is solved by fully powering the phone down; perhaps something in volatile memory preventing recovery by other means?
Regardless, it would seem that the problem itself is resolved. Are you aware of what you were doing before this happened?
