Hi All,
I cannot figure out how to use the cube.
I have Artemis with ROM TOUCH 4.02 Lite (with cube).
I read that to launch the cube you must press windows button until 2 vibrations but when I do that I do not have any vibrations at all...
How to have the cube always active? And where is the cube located on Filesystem?
Please let me know.
Thanks
---
Jeremy
Please understand before you read this that I am really juniour to all this stuff, and did my first rom update yesterday. I have installed the same version as you, and this is how I got the cube to work for me.
I went to Settings, and opened the TouchFLO item. In there you will find various options, Enable Cube, Enable Scroll, Enable Sound, and view mode. I have found that the best view mode is the TF defualt v4.1 option. With this selected, a stoke down to the bottom bar on the screen opens the cube, then with the cube open, a flick up from where the bottom bar would be, closes the cube.
I am no wizz kid, and so if anyone tells you a better way, I will be just as interested as you!!
Hope this helps you for now!

When you have activated TouchFlo, you need to slide your finger from right to left or from left to right. Just take a look at this post:

or video:

Or is your screen totally freezing and you need to reboot the phone ?
flashplayer has afaik nothing to do with touchflo
Thanks, but i do it and it does not pass anything???
Hi,
I have a MDAC3 (UK version) and it all works fine.
This is how it works on my phone.
When you first start the phone (or after a reset) press the touch flo button (I have it set to the right soft key) and then sweep you finger UPWARDS as you would do with a real Touch phone.
Thereafter when you press the touch flo button you then sweep you finger from left to right or right to left.
Regards
Thanks, all right!
its working on my trinity
just change the pic...may not be to every ones taste

Tried this before its not touch flow, the cube moves when you press a button not with your fingers
its as close as we will get i think
since a few days it works for Hermes (just tested it) and soon we will have it also for Trinity, just be patient.
This Is Working With My Trinity Fine

nop, ir rotates with the "pen", if you make a movment to rigth or left...
You are confused!
TouchFlo is not just a "pretty" three sided cube activated with a finger swipe (not a button)...
TouchFlo is more than that. The coolest thing about TouchFlo is the ability to scroll up, down, left and right (even diagonals) with just the finger and the system is able to detect actions upon touch (scroll action and select action).
The Trinity is not capable to detect TouchFlo (not the cube but the scroll part of it). Period!
Cheers!

hello, i have this one here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=328010 and works great... the cube works with the fingers...NICE APP
Well due to popular demand, I've decided to put this on this general forum. It's designed for the HTC touch but have heard widespread talk about it working on other devices. A lot of people really like it so I figured some people who don't go to the touch-specific forum would like to try it out. It does require a touch screen(that's kinda the idea) and although I designed it on WM6, it should work on WM5 if you have .NET CF 2.0 installed. Here are the instructions, just replace HTC Touch with touch-screen WM6 device
I've been working on picture viewer for the HTC Touch that has a little more of an intuitional feel(kinda like the iphone tho mine has some major differences) You can use the touch screen for everything including changing pictures, panning, and zooming in or out.
Here's how to control it:
To use gesture mode check "Gesture Mode" in options menu, to use double-click mode uncheck "Gesture Mode."
Gesture Mode:
Sweep your thumb to the left to move to the next picture
Sweep your thumb to the right to move to the previous picture
(for sweeping, start with your thumb/finger off the phone, otherwise it'll mistake it for the panning gesture)
Press on the picture and then move to pan
Double-press to change to full screen.
Double-Click Mode:
double press to switch between panning and switching pictures/zooming.
move picture with finger in panning mode
zoom by moving finger up/down in non-panning mode
switch pictures by moving finger left/right in non-panning mode
Reply if you have any questions

Edit 10/9/07 05:59 PM PST:
This update makes the program WAY better. I made it a lot more stable first of all. Also, and most importantly, I made it so you don't have to press on the menu to activate it and then press again to use it or press the center button to go back to the picture. Simply press on the picture and move it to move it, or press on the menu to use it, kinda the way it should be. Enjoy
cool!!!
this is really impressive! very easy to use... i like it alot! only con i got is that.. its hard to read the folders you want to use (where pictures are stored)

picture viewer
installed it to my htc 8525 with wm6. but it doesnot work. need help.
Hi - Can anyone help, please. I am not very tech-literate, and managed to download the Touchflo cube file, which was posted as a link, from Megaupload. I managed to install it, to the extent of the cube working, but there was no response when pressing any of the actual cube icons. The squares lit up, but then nothing more. After a few tries, the screen went black on me and I had to do a soft reboot.
I would really appreciate a pointer or two.
If installed correctly, goto:
Start >> Programs >> Accessories >> SCLPF >> Cube Settings
This is where you can setup what each of the buttons do.
On the 'Custom Applications' section I put the bottom right hand button (a cog shape) as the "Cube Settings.ink" so that I have quick access to it while in that mode. I may change it to something else when I have finished editing it all.
As with the black screen. I have noticed that happens occassionaly with me. All I do is use the down gesture (stroke the screen from top to bottom) to exit the program and reload it back up.
I only put it on yesterday, so not an expert at it myself. But hope I helped.
Hi guys
Upgraded from my trusty TYTNII a few days ago and am loving my TP2 - it's awesome!
I have the G Config program installed to allow me to choose which programs I can allow the G-Sensor to rotate.
My question is this though, is it possible to auto rotate the screen the opposite way as well? i.e. turn the device to the right (upside-down if you had the keyboard open)
I use TomTom in my car and the way I have the cradle / power connector set up makes it only really possible if I can rotate the screen left instead of right. Up to now I'd been manually doing this using the SBP Pocket Plus 4 Close Button options and allowing the Rotate Screen Right and Rotate Screen Left manual options.
Any idea's? I've changed the option in Shaps Advanced Config that should allow rotation in both directions but it don't seem to work!
Cheers
Gyrator2 will do that.

Hi Fraser - I've looked at Gyrator 2 and I don't like it to be honest - I'm hoping there's some easy registry tweak that can be made...?
Cheers though
