Hi guys, you will all have heard this a thousand times before but i'm new to this stuff. I will gladly pay for any help on upgrading my MDA vario 3 on t-mobile to windows mobile 6.1. I need to know what files i need, where to get them from etc a step by step guide would be nice.

Had been searching through all these forums.. but still cannot get an exact correct answer.
1) How to upgrade the O2 mini from 2003 to WM5? Can someone please provide a step-by-step instructions please?
2) What is so good about WM5? I seen lots of people wanted to upgrade to it although it was causing so many problems..
3) I see lots of different kind of upgrades, like blue angel, Himalaya .etc.. may i know how to differentiate my O2 mini is belong to which group? from IMEI code?

I have the same problem with the poster, and I found all the unlock softwares I can found on this forum or otherwhere are unsuitable for my t-mobile(UK) vario.
Could any guys please help me?

I used Lokiwiz02b to unlock my tmobile uk vario, it worked perfectly. just go for Lokiwiz02b.zip or never 03 version and it's really easy. don't be affraid;]

You can upgrade to ANY WM6 offered on here, which is the best is a matter of opinion dude. Ive written some guides on upgrading to the latest WM6 ROMs on the hermes:

As always do read the relevant threads first to see if anyone has any MAJOR problems, but these guides will take you through upgrading the SPL and Radio also. (the radio guide is for radio vesion 1.38.00.10, im doing some serious revision to the guide at the mo)

i'm new at this forum, and this is my first post, i hope my question isn't to silly
I bought a t-mobile Ameo second hand. It came with a dutch installation. now i would like to upgrade it to WM 6 (dutch or english).
I've tried to upgrade according to some procedures describe on other threads in this forum, but I keep getting the message that the file ?? is corrupted.
Could someone please tell me the procedures and the files I need to upgrade my ameo from WM 5 to WM 6?
