why os is 19716 and build 19199, only xip updated???
Seems that now os version and build are same for newest SO versions....

you mean the wktask manager, it's thai skin. you can install the english version.

this is a real build. The xip was extract from the other rom and tie in with 19716. It is modified rom.

you must download the fs2you patch first.

The Russian ROM I have that is working fine is:
