Hi,
is there any chance how to persuade this BT headset to work with HTC Herald? I know that it works with TyTN (Hermes) but not with my Herald - it does not find the headset...
Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you in advance.

To all, I`ve just updated my Artemis with WM6, now I`ve the following problem. When the Artemis is connected via bluetooth with my car handsfree unit, there is no sound output form Tom Tom. If I swich of the bluetooth connection ist works. But that can`t be the solution, because with WM5 it was working.
Thank`s for your help
hi
i have 2 questions please
1-the bluetooth headset can work with fm radio on p3300
2-how i can transform a another head set ( nokia for exemple) to make it work with p3300
tnaks
Hello,
1/ No, it is not possible to listen your radio with bluetooth headset, because you need the supplied cable headphone as antenna.
2/ What do you mean by "transform" ?.
change the jack to one of htc
transform connexion if its possibel jack----->mini usb
I don't think so !
Hello friends!
I searched in the whole Artemis forum about the pairing between htc3300 and MB bluetooth car kit SAP V2 but it seems there isnĀ“t a fix to this problem.
Anybody knows if there is solution to this problem (new rom, patch, software, etc)?
Thakyou in advance and sorry for my bad english
Best regards
Nope, I am afraid there is no solution for this. I had the very same problem and learned the hard way that htc3300 doesn't allow SIM access, so you need to get the handsfree bluetooth unit from Mercedes (ebay search "Mercedes bluetooth hfp" shows you the prices). With this unit, your htc operates as sender and receiver, you can't use your Mercedes phone antenna. That's the downside, but the upside is that you can use your htc as navigation system during bluetooth connection in the car (which you couldn't if SAP had taken control over the device)
Is there an app or cab that switches the BT of the Rhodium automatically to on when connecting to the Parrot BT car kt?
thanks in advance,
regards, Kuzibri
hmmm, how do you expect the app to know that you're going to connect to car kit, if the only connectivity is via bluetooth?
