I looked at this forum and everyehere is Extrom unlock, but I'm looking for SIM unlock to use it with other carier.
Is this the same Extrom unlock and SIM unlock?

No. The extended ROM unlock is not the same as the SIM unlock.
The SIM unlock is available from the main blue angel page, under the upgrading section.

Don't go posting your IMEI in the forum as anyone can then see it and abuse it. Read the Wizard subforum it tells you how to SIM unlock it there using Lokiwiz 0.3b

unlock or unblock??
For unlocking check stickies in the wizard G4 section, or the wizard wiki.
Unblocking a G4 isn't possible, a phone can blocked by the provider, it's a blacklist, there is no legal way of unblocking.
