My friend bought a Gsmart t600 recently but WM6 is in Traditional Chinese ROM. Did anyone know how to flash to English WM6 ROM?

I have a Dopod 828+ with Chinese OS but I would like to change it to English OS. Called up Dopod Int, but they have no solution for that!! Can anybody advise?
