HP ipaq 6510 french rom needed urgently plz!!!!

hi everybody, i have an ipaq 6510 which i need a fench rom, i searched over the net for it but i found only english rom and the majority of the users askes to change from french to english. In my case i need to change it to french. Please can someone give me a link to download french rom and how to update my ipaq without risks!!!!

I bought a hx2110 and found out its german, I wanted to upgrade it with a english rom, but it don't let me. Can anyone tell me how to install a english rom on a german device?

How to change the language of my Portégé G810 ?

Someone gave me a Toshiba Portégé G810, but it is in Spanish.
And I have absolutely no idea how to change it into French, and I find nothing that can help me.
So....can you help me ?
(I'm a GNU/Linux user, so the windows' world )
It's possible to upgrade the WM6's rom to the 6.5 ? (I have the 6.1).
