I noticed that on folder "/Uploads/Uploads/" of FTP,
There is already a ROM called "UNI_DOPOD_ASIA_130111_130230_11100_WWE_Ship.exe".
I believe this is just the updated D900 ROM.
However the size of the file uploaded is just 700KB!!
Could anybody pls kindly upload the new ROM for me!

Use xdaupload:xda instead of xda:xda.

Do you guys know if this ROM has AKU2 and A2DP support?

I've just upload into the upload folder. Not sure whether it is a complete file but the size seems complete (59.5MB).

I think it doesn't differ much from the others (i-Mate, Qtek & O2) & according to dopod it does not include A2DP. Just like computers, after formatting it seems faster.
Not sure about the radio since it has newer version. I'm the type who just like trying new rom, but not the kind to explore much .

Just finished upgrading, my initial impression:
Speed: Similar to all other newer ROM, although I think the QTek seems a tad faster (might be due to the hacks I used).
Boot Speed: seems to be much faster. Starting from booting to entering PIN takes less than 60 seconds. It takes forever to boot on i-mate/Qtek.
No A2DP, for those who care
A new software from HTC called Streaming Media v2.0
Will check later on whether Battery life will improve with the newer Radio.
Others than that, everything is quite similar.
My conclusion, use the Qtek ROM if you want both push email & A2DP. This ROM also seems to be the fastest.
As for me, I'll keep the Dopod ROM since it has the customization for my providers. Moreover, I like the booting speed of this ROM.

I have AKU2 3. something, I forgot which one, but I want to upgrade my ROM, to a WM6 rom, or the best one that you guys can recommend. I have an o2 exec, with an Imate rom on it now, I am having alot of dropped calls, and my BT connection is getting real broken lately. Anyways, which rom would you recommend, and how do I get it. I cant download from the FTP site, I am having trouble, as I dont really understand how to use it. Some help please.

You can benefit from a ROM upgrade including upgrade of Radio ROM. There are a few available versions of WM6. Each of them is good but depending on your requirment you can choose. Full instructions on downloading and installing are given elsewhere in these forum.I am using the one below by Jwright:

Hi guys,
Im one of the guys with a hw6915 who wants the upgrade that HP doesnt seem to be prepared to do any time soon....
Ive been reading as much info as i can, but im of the web programming/design/it support side, and less the programming/development side of things...
Im getting to grips with things i think, im going to need the drivers, the os and things and then need to cook a rom... therory is fine, but i need to pointers...
I read that i can use certain parts from the htcuniversal drivers ie camera/bluetooth/sound...
if a wm6 rom is coming for this, id like to help, or if i need to get this going with my limited knowledge but boundless enthusiasm then ill do that too.

hw6915 bluetooth manager not working
hi im new to this ive got a ipaq hw6915 witch i love had a problem after i installed a program it locked it in boot mode so i found a patch to re un boot but now my bluetooth manager just locks up the phone when i click on it & i cant up date my quick gps any more please can you help is there a driver or some thing????? its runnuing wm5 the bluetooth is bt-ppc/pe version 1.7.1 build 6700 please help me????????

Heya.... Stupid question I am sure, but i am going to ask it anyways...! How do I load a bin file to update my 6915 with this eng rom please? I keep having massive failures and incompatibility issues with loads of other roms i have downloaded... drivin me nuts! I keep bricking my 6915, and recovering it with a handy tool i found...!!! but i am stuck with a french phone... drivin me nuts!!!!! Help would be very much appreciated! If anyone else is having 'bricking' issues of the phone stuck on the boot loader... ill drop the app here happily! Hope to hear soon!

First you need know your device, so go to the wiki
Then my advice is install Hard-SPL you k see in the Hard-SPL Thread
Then to flash you need the Rom and read this Tutorial Flashing WM6 ROMs

Noticed that too. The good thing is, the donate information is the same as in Schap's signature, so while it may be a knockoff, the webmaster definitely has his/her heart in the right place...

How to unlock/upgrade O2 XDA Diamond 1.37.207.3 GER

I am very confused about if flashing my XDA is possible or not. Using the Board-Search for some hours now did not give me the right threads. Pershaps I am using the false keywords.
So, if there is a thread I can solve my problem with, let me know, please. If not, I hope you can help me.
For about one year I have a O2 XDA Diamon. Systeminformation is as shown below:
ROM-Version 1.37.207.3 GER
ROM-Date 06/23/08
Radio 1.00.25.03
Prtocoll-Ver 52.26a.25.09H
I never updated the ROM. As I saw, there is a new O2-Firmware-Update. But I do not like the branded style. So, I want to flash it with an actual non-branded ROM in German.
As I read in other topics, that upgrading only works with special revisions.
For example here, written by rorydaredkign
yep you have to install a hardspl, either olipro's [which i think is unreleased] or the one made by the diamond project team.
then you can flash a new rom.
however, check your rom version in settings->system->device information
if it reads 1.34.831.1
it means you have a new spl that prevents you from flashing hardspl until the experts here create a work-around.

Is there a way to upgrade my XDA? The WM-Version I am running is very instable and crashes very often.
