WM 6.1 Settings => Clock & Alarm => Date and Time Problem - HTC Excalibur

Can anyone else confirm or deny that their Settings => Clock & Alarm => Date and Time works properly?
Mine gives me an error "The settings could not be opened." I noticed this problem after I fixed the Clock On Top to the 12 hour (probably coincidence). I've tried a couple of reboots to no avail.

because you've deleted HKLM\init\launch107

Alarm Clock Problem - T-Mobile Dash (S620)

Okay, The Dash only has 1 Alarm you can set. So I set my alarm the other day for 7:30 AM and then one day 11:30 AM. Now, I have turned the alarm off but some how something happened and those two alarms go off EVERY day. They also go off even if I have the alarm on and set for a certain time.
I've checked my calander for any alarms and I've checked to make sure the actual alarm clock was off before I went to bed but no matter what those 2 alarms go off every day!
Does any know if there is a file I can edit that saves the alarm time or any other way to fix this?
I had the same problem, but I fixed it by using SK Tools lite to clean out the notifications queue.
T-Will From HowardForums posted this solution.
1. Load SKTools Smartphone Edition (Clean up and uninstaller utility) http://s-k-tools.com/index.html?sktools/m_feat.html#lite
2. Select View -> Maintenance -> Notifications Queue
3. Scroll to the bottom of the list and there should be multiple entries already checked for “Clock.exe”.
4. Select Action -> Delete marked
5. Do a soft reset (turn off then back on).
One final step I should have added is DO NOT USE THE BUILT-IN ALARM!!! I don't know why, but it seems like Microsoft has never been able to build a reliable alarm into their Windows Mobile OS.
Install a 3rd-party alarm app such as Gentimer (that's what I use but there are other alarm utilities out there that I've heard work fine).

PBar1.5 Clock problem

Hi,
Could it be that there is a problem/bug in Pbar 1.5 ?
I am using regional settings Dutch(Belgium). This, amongst other settings, changes the clock to a 24h format (so no AM/PM).
Now when I choose in the Pbar settings to put 'Local time' as main number in the task bar the problem occurs...
After a soft reset:
- the clock setting is changed to a 'strange' 12h format (starts at 01:00 to 12:00; no AM/PM).
- calendar appointments change from i.e. 15h (3PM) to 03h (AM/PM not defined, but in Google Calendar, after syncing, it appears to have changed to 03AM).
I hard resetted several times to reproduce the error, and it happens every time.
Any idea's?
BR,
Pete
this problem is really caused by pbar! the solution to me was changing in Start>Settings>System>Regional Sett>Time>Time separator... from ":" to "º"

[Q] Alarm clock icon in notification area disappearing

Hello,
The Alarm Icon in the notification area keeps disappering, specifically it never remains in the notification are after a reboot.
The alarms themselves do work and do go off at the given time, but the icon isnt showing.
After a fresh reboot the icon appears briefly when the system is loading, but disappears once system fully loaded
any advice on how to remedy this is appreciated
PS: google search led me to two alleged solution of which NONE worked for me. One suggested to clear data for the clock app. The other suggested that this issue is related to the Pandora app messing things up (I have never installed such app)...

#SALARM# not working on Marshmallow

Hi,
I have a widget which is using #SALARM# (next alarm time) which was working fine on Lollipop.
Now on Marshmallow most of the time it shows "Not Set".
If I go to alarm settings and unset and set any existing alarm, the next alarm time shows correctly but sometime later it reverts back to "Not Set"
Force update has no effect.
Any ideas?
Edit: was using Alarm Clock Plus but seems not working. Using CM 13 stock clock/alarm and its ok.

Alarm Clocks are not working in background

Hello there,
I have a Xiaomi Mi A2 lite, and I am very satisfied with this great phone. But since a week or so, my alarm clock is not working sometimes. I tried different apps such as Timely and Alarm Clock Xtreme, but when I set it than I see that my clock is going off in 6 hours and 20 minutes or so. But it is not going off.
I think it has something to do with my Do Not Disturb mode for only Whatsapp and phonecalls.
Does anyone know a solution?
Disable the doze of the alarm app. Go to settings -> Type in the search bar at the top "doze" then enter-> Battery Optimization -> Battery Optimization (again) -> (Name of app) -> Don't optimize.
I had the same problem before and when I did this, it started to work again at the time that I set in the alarm.
