flash failed

i put the device in in black screen with jump spl
then try to flash a new radio, but when % finish to 100%
appear a message that says the file is corrupted!!!.
And if i wont to flash another coocked rom, how i can do???
CAN SAMEBODY tell me step by step how i can flash RADIO or ROM???

Prova a mettere il telefono in Bootloader mode da solo, tenendo schiacciato il tasto -Volume e facendo un soft-reset, e quando hai la schermata con le bande di colore, collegalo al cavetto USB. Nel mio caso, dopo che il testo nella sezione bianca cambia da Serial a USB, riesco a flashare senza problemi.
Peró, assicurati di aver installato l'HardSPL che corrisponde a quello che viou flashare: signed per le rom firmate, e Developer/Unsigned per le altre (e non le firmate).

Italian ROM Package for all WM 6.1 Devices.

English ROMs are (obviously) more frequently released, so are usually more updated and generally there is a wider choice of WWE cooked ROMs than the nationalized ones.
Porting a ROM from WWE to (say) Italian is a boring process and in addition there is the worst scenario where an Italian ROM isn't available at all, and there is no way to build a custom ROM (as happen with the my Ultimate 8502).
For some languages there is the RealVga workaround, but for Italian this is not the case.
Btw realvga is still wm6.0 based and can lead to unpredictable problems on the wm 6.1 devices, tough it usually works.
So I started to search a way to build an Italian package meant to "Italianize" any WWE ROM and here I post the first version of it.
The process is not full automatized, due to lack of my knowledge, lack of time and because some steps are device dependent.

And now I go straight to the instructions:
0) Optional but strongly suggested, do a full backup of your actual phone status, useful if something goes wrong to going back quickly after a soft reset.
Also optional but strongly suggested, do an HR before start, this can lead to a quicker (and less boring) process.
1) Download the attached package, and install the included sdacerts package and the Italian package itself.
2) reboot the phone. Now your phone is already mostly in Italian.
3) Unlock the device with CeRegEditor:
Connect the device to the PC, launch ceregeditor, go to tools > unlock registry then confirm at the prompt on the device (if you get no prompt, click to unlock registry again)
4) Now Its time to adjust the remaining English entries.
(trough activesync) rename the folder \program as \programmi
check if the folder \My Documents\Modelli is present and if the models are present. If not, move the files from \My Documents\templates to My documents modelli, then delete the templates folder.
In the windows directory check for the presence of the following folders:
\windows\Start menu\Programmi
\windows\Start menu\Impostazioni
\windows\Caratteri
\windows\Esecuzione Automatica
\windows\Preferiti
\windows\Recenti
If some of them are missing, just rename the related english directory (eg: fonts > caratteri).
Else, copy any file from the English directory to the new Italian one (eg: copy the files from \windows\startup to \windows\esecuzione automatica), and then delete the english folder.
5) Move the links from \windows\programs to \windows\programmi.
Eventually clean the duplicates and/or rename the links that are still in english, then delete (or move in a another place) the folders \windows\programs and \windows\settings, delete also the file \windows\impostazioni\dummy.txt
6) check for any link inside the start menu directory that points to the \program files folder instead of the correct \programmi.
7)with the ceregeditor search for any reference to the \program files folder and correct it to \programmi.
8) reboot the phone and check if everything is ok
9) (device dependent step) If an additional package is provided unpack all the OEM MUIs in the windows directory, else go to step 10
10) when all is done proceed doing a full backup, so you can quickly have the phone in Italian after an HR.
As you can see there is still a bit of manual work, so feel free to improve the process, or to suggest anything useful.

And now a couple of considerations:
After the process your phone will be almost 100% in Italian, all the help files are included, and all the dictionary files are present.
Obviously the package "as is" is meant to be generic, so all the OEM packages will remain in English.
For the devices I own I will post the missing MUIs (see step 9), but for the others you have to provide yourself.
The package, as already stated, is based on wm 6.1, so installing it on a wm6.0 device can lead to unpredictable results (i suppose mainly in the messaging area).
The package v1.0 is meant for the drvices @96 and @128 dpi only (tested on both resolution).
The package (thanks to michyprima) v1.0b is meant for any resolution (96,128 and 192 dpi) but isn't yet tested on 192 dpi devices (let me know).
Altough the v1.0b will work on any devices, if your device is a 96 or 128 I suggest to install the v1.0 becouse the smaller size.

Le ROM in Inglese sono (per ovvi motivi) quasi sempre piu aggiornate di quelle localizzate. Inoltre c’è, di solito, una scelta piu ampia di ROM cucinate e/o personalizzate.
Tradurre una ROM, da Inglese in (per esempio) italiano è sempre un processo lungo e noioso, oltretutto esiste lo scenario peggiore, ovvero quello in cui una ROM Italiana non esiste proprio, e non c’è modo di cucinarne una. (come il caso del mio Ultimate 8502).
Per alcune lingue si ovvia con RealVga, ma (per quanto ne sappia) non è il caso dell’italiano.
In ogni caso I pacchetti di Realvga sono basati su WM 6.0, cosa che fa si che ci possano essere dei risultati imprevedibili installandoli sui dispositivi WM 6.1
Così sono partito cercando una via x ovviare creando un pacchetto in grado di italianizzare qualsiasi rom, e qui posto la sua prima revisione.
Il procedimento non è ancora completamente automatizzato, sia per mancanza di conoscenza e di tempo da parte mia, si parché parte delle operazioni dipendono dallo specifico dispositivo. -------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ma veniamo alle istruzioni:
0) passaggio opzionale ma fortemente consigliato, fatevi un backup complete, in modo da tornare alla situazione precedente in fretta se qualcosa andasse storto.
Sempre opzionale ma fortemente consigliato un HR prima di iniziare, in modo da limitare il più possibile i successivi passaggi.
1) Scaricate il pacchetto allegato ed installate gli sdacerts ed il pacchetto vero e proprio.
2) Rivviate il telefono. A questo punto il telefono è già in buona parte in italiano.
3) Sbloccate il dispositivo con CeRegEditor:
Connettete il telefono al PC, lanciate CeRegeditor, andate al menu tools > unlock registry quindi confermate alla richiesta che apparirà sullo schermo del telefono (Se non vedete richieste sul dispositivo ripetete la procedura)
4) Adesso bisogna aggiustare le parti in inglese sopravvissute.
(tramite activesync) rinominate la cartella \program in \programmi,
controllate se la directory \My Documents\Modelli è presente e se ci sono I modelli al suo interno. Se non ci sono spostate i files dalla dir \My Documents\templates a quella corretta \My documents\modelli, quindi cancellate la dir Templates.
Nella directory \Windows controllate che siano presenti le seguenti sottocartelle:
\windows\Start menu\Programmi
\windows\Start menu\Impostazioni
\windows\Caratteri
\windows\Esecuzione Automatica
\windows\Preferiti
\windows\Recenti
Se alcune di esse mancano, semplicemente rinominate la corrispondente directory in inglese (per es: fonts > caratteri).
Altrimenti spostate I files dalla dir inglese alla corrispondente italiana (per esempio: spostate i files da \windows\startup a \windows\esecuzione automatica), quindi potete cancellare le directory inglesi superflue..
5) Spostate i links da \windows\programs a\windows\programmi.
Eventualmente eliminate i duplicati e/o rinominate I links che ancora sono in inglese (usate il cervello insomma)
Quindi cancellate (o spostate da un’altra parte) le cartelle \windows\programs e \windows\settings, cancellate anche il file \windows\impostazioni\dummy.txt
6) controllate che non ci siano links che puntano alla directory \program files al posto della corretta \programmi, eventualmente correggeteli.
7)Tramite ceregeditor cercate qualsiasi voce relative alla cartella \program files e correggete la voce in \programmi.
8) riavviate il telefono e controllate che tutto sia a posto
9) (passaggio dipendente dallo specifico dispositivo) Se è fornito un pacchetto OEM aggiuntivo per uno specifico telefono, scompattate i files contenuti nello Zip nella directory \windows del dispositivo
10)Quando avete verificato che tutto sia a posto, fate un backup completo in modo da evitare di rifare il tutto in caso di HR.

Come potete vedere un minimo di lavoro manuale è richiesto, quindi se avete proposte x migliorare il processo sono, ovviamente, benaccette.

Adesso giusto qualche considerazione aggiuntiva:
Finito il procedimento il telefono sarà praticamente in italiano quasi al 100% compresi i dizionari l'autocompletamento ecc., ma visto che il pacchetto è pensato per essere generico mancheranno i MUI relativi ai pacchetti installati dagli OEM, per cui le utilità specifiche del singolo telefono rimarranno in inglese.
Per i telefoni che possiedo provvederò a fare dei pacchetti aggiuntivi (vedi punto 9), per gli altri dovrete provvedere da soli (per esempio copiandoli da una rom in italiano più vecchia).
Il pacchetto , come ho già detto, è basato su WM 6.1 quindi il suo utilizzo su device wm 6.0 potrebbe portare a risultati non prevedibili (suppongo soprattutto nell’area messaggi).
Il pacchetto v1.0 funziona ed è testato con telefoni con risoluzione di 128 e 96 dpi.
Il pacchetto v1.0b funziona (grazie a michyprima) con telefoni con risoluzione di 192, 128 e 96 dpi, ma non è ancora stato testato a 192 dpi (fatemi sapere).
In ogni caso, nonostante la v1.0b sia compatibile con ogni risoluzione, se il V.S. dispositivo funziona a 96 o 128 vi consiglio di installare la v1.0 per risparmiare un po di memoria di archiviazione.

Another thing: please be careful, MUI for WM6.1 Build 19xxx are NOT fully compatible with WM6.1 ROMs build 20xxx and viceversa. Using 19xxx MUI on a 20xxx system (or 20xxx muis on a 19xxx system) can generate a lot of problems.

Btw: at the moment I tested the package on a Ultimate 8502 (build 19585), and on an I780 (build 20270) w/o any evident problem.

Good question.
Well... I've not managed at all at because a lot of italian devices (but not all) are sharing the same layout with the WWE ones.
If needed, usually the keyboard layout scheme can be changed using the following keys:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Keybd:Locale
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\keyboard layout\Preload:default
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\keyboard layout\Preload\1:default
and changing the values with the correct regional value.
This works often but not always, other registry keys may be involved and in the worst scanario a system file needs to be changed.
There isn't a 100% valid rule, but this forum is plenty of information about this

ciao a tutti, innanzitutto complimenti per il vosto lavoro... però ora mi serve un aiuto.. non riesco a installare nessuna rom, avevo gia fleshiato una volta, ora monto la rom originale 2.03 con olinex 1.40 ma non riesco ad installare cmq nussun'altra rom.. connetto il pda, (DIAMOND) avvio Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex, arrivo alla schermata update e poi mi diventa lo schermo del tel tutto nero, activesinc si sconnette, la barra del pc rimane sempre a 0 e dopo un po di minuti mi da errore262... aiutatemi... anticipatamente grazie a tutti...

I've cooked a ROM using dxixda's kitchen based on the 2.13.401.3 euro stock ROM - it's the stock ROM with tweaks like root etc - full details to follow, but it is completely stock (I may have removed stocks and maybe 1 or 2 other apps - friendstream etc) and I have added Apps2sd functionality also.
Working lovely on my handset - stable, fast (not blistering but a large improvement over base settings) and seems somehow to have lost the touchscreen issues I was having
I've done 2 flavours with the standard kernel and one with OC kernel from m1ndh4x8r.
I can't post them up in the Dev section as I don't have the requisite numbers of posts yet, but watch this space - I'll post a link when I can!

this is my guide...it is in italian, but with google translate you can translate it:
OVVIAMENTE C'E' BISOGNO DI AVERE IL TELEFONO IN S-OFF , OVVERO SBLOCCATO. QUESTO SI PUO' FARE O ACQUISTANDO UNA HTC-CLIP OPPURE TRAMITE HTCdev.
1) Scaricate il file PG76IMG.zip da XDA Developers,questo è il link: http://www.mediafire.com/?p2p88udo32m9xcg ;
2) Spegnete il telefono, rimuovete la batteria e la scheda SD, mettete sulla scheda SD il file appena scaricato e rimontate il telefono;
3) Accendete il telefono premendo VOL - e POWER contemporaneamente: apparirà una schermata celeste, se siete un pò pratici della lingua inglese seguite le istruzioni, in poche parole vi dirà di voler installare questo file. Dovete premere VOL + dopodichè aspettate che si installa e alla fine vi farà premere il tasto POWER per farvi riavviare il telefono;
4) Spegnete di nuovo il telefono e rimuovete la scheda SD, togliete dalla SD il file PG76IMG.zip;
A questo punto avete due opzioni:
a) Restare con la vostra ROM originale e acquisire i permessi di root
b) Installare una ROM cucinata
Ma non vi preoccupate, il procedimento è ESATTAMENTE lo stesso.
5a) Mettete il file root.zip scaricabile in fondo a questa pagina ---> http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1195275 , e accendete il telefono di nuovo premendo VOL - e POWER e spostatevi nella sezione RECOVERY con i tasti volume e premete il tasto POWER per selezionare;
5b) Scaricate una ROM cucinata, potete trovare i link tranquillamente nel forum (io ho aggiunto quelle che per me sono le migliori e che ho testato personalmente in fondo alla pagina) dopodichè mettetela nella SD, cancellate sempre però il file PG76IMG.zip dalla SD e poi riaccendete il telefono con VOL - e POWER insieme, spostatevi nella sezione RECOVERY con i tasti VOLUME e selezionate con il tasto POWER;
6) Si aprirà un nuovo menù dove dovrete selezionare WIPE DATA e WIPE CACHE (bisogna andarci sopra sempre con i tasti Volume e confermare con il tasto Power);
7) Selezionate poi INSTALL ZIP FROM SD e scegliete il file che avete messo nella SD, confermate e il gioco è fatto;
8) Riavviate il telefono e avrete i permessi di root sulla vostra ROM originale nel primo caso, nel secondo caso avrete invece installato una ROM cucinata...
Buon lavoro e buon divertimento con il vostro "nuovo telefono"

How to root Ngm Polaris! working only guide!

Hello dear friends .. today I present the only guide to root for Ngm Wemove Polaris! Running at 100% tested and developed by me ... It should be noted that some of the material has been taken from another guide other smartphone ! As usual, I do not take any responsibility for what you do, everything at your own risk ... But anyway the root and was created on the official rom using a fake backup then everything is original and intact and not lost raganzia; ) ....
requirements:
1:50% charge
2: Do not skip steps or you're ****ed
Download Files:
find the link attached at the bottom
installation:
inside the rar file there is a program and a folder ..
Please follow each step of this guide
1: install PdaNet on our PC and follow the instructions that provides the program .. Ps: when is the only software able to install the drivers of our Polaris .. what did you have the drivers to begin with.
2: extract the folder on the desktop PC and connect your phone to pc via usb with the usb debugging option.
3: we open the extracted folder on your desktop and run the file "Runme", a window will open and from there follow the instructions carefully ..
If you did everything as I explained above on the phone you will see the window that requires a backup, press ok ... do not disconnect usb, at the end of the backup will ask you to restart your phone, reboot .. do not disconnect usb ..
after restarting the program will complete the operation and will ask you to press ok to exit the program .. and here we find on the menu superuser...: D: D
in the future I will work for ClockworkMod and room

Ciao Pollo94,guarda la guida al momento e l'unica testata e funzionante e soprattutto non modifica niente,infatti se avessi problemi ti basta soltanto ripristinare il backup e tutto torna per com'era
Riguardo alla lingua ahahahahah eh si mi sono fidato a google translator mi spiace per gli errori ma in Italiano di sicuro neanche mi facevano pubblicare!!!cmq cerco qualcuno per creare un gruppo per questo benedetto Polaris..

Scusate ma ho dei problemi, faccio tutto come da istruzioni, quando apro il programma "runme" scelgo l'opzione 3, però il dispositivo non mi chiede l'aggiornamento pur essendo collegato via usb ecc...quale potrebbe essere il problema? Ho eseguito "runme" con i diritti di amministratore, dopo aver premuto 3 saltano fuori un mondo di scritte con "impossibile trovare il percorso specificato"
