During phonecall:
Menu/Create Note/View Record bar
Ah cool. Too bad there isn't a single click short cut in the phone status screen that does all that on a single press. But hey, at least now I can record my meetings now, since I didn't know how to before.
LIVEPVR i use that, it's very good.
Try Vito
Vito Audio notes is a great app that records all voice calls (mp3 encoded too)
You might want to change the MIC settings to auto negotiate noise levels but I use it as a weapon against the Mrs.

i keep my ringtones/notifications sounds etc in the root of the SD card. they work and it saves having to copy them back after a ROM update...
My ringtones and notifications sounds are all on storage card/my documents. works perfect and you can see them when you're changing ringtones and notifications.
And now, a few days ago, i moved them into an subfolder "ringtones" in "storage card/my documents" and changed the paths in registry - also working perfect. you just can't select them with the GUI in settings, but changing the paths directly in registry - all working fine
Searched this section but could not find any application.
Looking for a call & sms manager which can track the incoming, outgoing calls and sms and handle it according to the rules configured.. like;
reject/mute the ringtone on receiving calls/sms.. also automatically deletes call log for specified list of contact.... is there any guys....
look for Resco Contact Manager u can try it for some days before subscribe...but i think u will find a way to have a good discount on fee

Does anyone know of a call recorder that works without the speakerphone? I've downloaded so many of these programs and not a single one actually picks up the other end with real clarity. You would think this wouldn't be that hard to find. Anyone know???

LOL...yes I've been to the store to download a program that works. The problem is...they don't work well. As I've read in most posts, these programs seem to use the mic to record the other side of the call. This will not do. I'm looking for something that actually captures the other side of my call clearly. Try again?

Now I don't know if this is true or not but from what I'm reading, in order for these programs to pull from the incoming signal and not the mic, it most be partially done through the kernel. Not sure if I'm right on this. I found a cab file containing a fix however it was for Froyo and I don't think it will work on later versions of ROM's (Been testing your HD Bliss ROM for a few weeks now).
I somehow changed the audio output from stereo to mono when i was playing with the settings. Now I forgot which setting is that because there are so many of them. Could someone pls remind me? Thanks!

Title says it all - has anyone found a way to do this for the Pixel 2? I hate that enabling speakerphone during calls only uses the bottom speaker.
You can't have it enabled as there would be tonnes of feedback.

Strange, mods like this have worked with other devices in the past. Why would the pixel 2 work any differently?

Hi, just a heads up that the ROM "RomAur" has this option enabled and can be found under our device development section here on XDA.
I hope this might can help, thank you.

Well do, still waiting on a response.
Guess I'll go over to the pixel section to see if they are suffers the same issue with top speaker not working while on speaker calls, since we can't get help here.
I found the mixer file, but can't figure out which lines to edit. Do these look right to anyone?

Yes, you are in the correct area; however, the issue is we don't know which string value to change to activate top speaker in call.
