hey agent,
ur rom should be upgraded.please go to the rom development section.
there you will find a number a roms.
i suggest using touch it seven or smrberg rom
u will also find links there on how to flash a custom rom and i will again sugges u try the memory card method.
just read a little and ul understand what to do.!if u still dont understand whats to do just ask again here and me or someone will help ya

That zip will only work if you're using the MCR r15 rom from MoDaCo

I have tried to install the packages based stock ROM(for example SphinX_V4.1) without flash 187/186KDZ , I installed the SphinX_V4.1 many times when my phone with the 4.0.4 system, the phone couldn't boot up , just boot-loop .
who knows how to install the 4.1(android version) system based on 4.0(android version) system ?

sorry , i didn't install this official packages successfully , so I can't help you .
I have htc desire hd after soo many sleepless nights i was able to root it and tried few roms (android revolution cm11 cm10.1 soo on) finally oxygen rom suits me . I want to know details about this kernel thing.Am attaching screenshot of my phone .What exactly this kernel is and which will be the best kernel for my phone ???
Before rooting my phone battery back up was 3hours max with using wifi or mobile data but after flashing this rom am getting around 6 to7 hours backup .
help me out whats best for my phone

You can try svhd rom new android(4.0.4)new kernel,new sense 4.1 and is better for battery life.

am downloading it anyway ...All i want a is bettery backup nothing else because my stock rom sucks big time only 2 to 3 hours battery backup . Oxygen is okay i can live with it .

SVHD rom was cool i tried but after few hours facing phone hang problem it stuck suddenly then i have to pull out the battery
am download blackout rom ..
if u know any other good rom let me know

I can tell you who is better becouse is custom rom.
I try meny roms but for me soul rom is better,you can try z74 is the last version improve battery and kernel and is in english.You have link up.

and now am flashing svhd again am facing the same problem after installation screen goes black what to do ? **** mood pissed help me out man

You need to full wipe an then flash new rom,do you have s-on?If you have you need to flash boot img.

dude i flash your soul rom n i loved it i made up my mind to have it then after few minutes its disconnecting from charging or usb ....when i switch off my phone then i can charge but when i charged when its open its discharging not able to connect to pc too any solution for that ?

Flash it using CWM Recovery N Wipe Data/Cache/Dalvik
U can use Xposed Framework On it, Though Using GRAVITY BOX is lil bit tricky n risky, go ahead install gravity box but dont customize heavy n never go to Lockscreen Section

A noob friendly Tut to install xposed framework , Go for it
I'm gonna upload my whole ROM, n its rooted xposed installed with modules (flashable zip) or maybe a CWM backup so people have to just restore or flash it just by downloading the ROM
Just have to make some final changes in the ROM idk when its gonna finish cz I really don't have time, but it will be soon

Make it a flashable zip , would be more easy for noobs . Moreover you can upload just deodexed zip without xposed installed coz that can be used for more wider purpose in future

While you are at it, we can also make a list of modules currently working correctly on this model, ex- sense 5 Toolbox is not working, and apm+ latest experimental version is working after I asked the developer to check as it was not working till previous version, etc.
Also, which ones are actually useful.
This will help in saving time for people who are anyways trying very hard to get many of the apps working on this phone.

Its based on stock ROM ritik, sorry I don't get enough time to do this things
Though I have included Cynogenmod Apks from elephone p8
If u can test it n give me the feedback then it would be a lot helpful to make this rom Lil more stable.

I was thinking that users may get prob to find it.
Will add tweaks in it later
I take so much time cz I have to do the testings myself, n I once soft bricked my mob during the testing period

I guess so, I have messed with my blocks n now my mob gives weird flashes sometimes yellow flashes when I boot my Mob into recovery
