Hi... I am actually new to the upgrading world however i recently updated my Radio Version to 1.14 and its works amazing... however i had a query that i am currently using a 3G phone which is unlocked and working on a Indian Network... Help i require is if i do a upgrade will this again lock my phone by any chance... if not can someone suggest me good upgrade.

I have heard that some of you guys took your O2 IIs back to the shop and get the new one with new version ( hardware/rom fixed ). I just bought my O2 IIs in Thailand this weekend.
So I come up with the idea ....how can i know my O2 IIs is the corrected version or it is the very first lot that screwed up you guys. or Can we classify it by the serial no. ? Or anyone can make a table of ROM history ?
Mine is as below. Do I have to upgrade or do something with it ?

i want to upgrade the ROM ver.
can somone give me the exact ROM ver that i need to download and that will work fine on my device?

The latest ROM is Dopod 1.30.111 WWE(World Wide English) with latest Radio 1.11.00. The second is Qtek 1.30.77 WWE with Radio 1.09.00. They all can download at ftp.xda-developers.com/Universal with user name:xda and password:xda. Sorry, there is no "Final, Bug-Free Edition"
L26 WM6 PRO Business V7 Videocall.rar is pretty good or you could try jwrights 2.02.02 it pretty good also.
As for it not upgrading your radio, try taking out the radio rom (from the update files) & try again.
It will just use your old radio software.
