PM10B - Upgrading, Modifying and Unlocking

Hi learned ppl,
I have a SPV500 (orange) and wish to unlock it.My version as follows:
Operator Version 6.06.1.175
ROM version 1.06.00 WWE
ROM date 01/06/05
Radio version 1.05.10
Protocol version 1337.39
ExtROM version 1.06.175 WWE
Will be geareful for whatever help I can get .

I dont know whether my rom versions are up to date on the o2 site it dosent show any later versions
here are the detail
ROM version : 1.10.00.WWE
ROM Date : 12/24/04
Radio Version 1.00.00
Protocol version: 1337.39
ExtROM version : 1.10.124 WWE
I have got an XDA IIi if these are out of date where can I get upgrades please :? :? :?

Can't bypass region code using Chinese ROM on o2 exec

so this is the current ROM I have
1.30.107 WWE
ROM Date 04/11/06
Radio Version 1.09.00
Protocol version 42.42.P8
ExtROM version 1.30.162 WWE
I want to put this ROM on there.
UNI_DOP_OP_130108_130219_11100_CHT_Ship
but everytime when I do that, I get a region code error and can't move on from there....
Any help would be greatly appreciated......
