Can't bypass region code using Chinese ROM on o2 exec - JASJAR, XDA Exec, MDA Pro Software Upgrading

so this is the current ROM I have
1.30.107 WWE
ROM Date 04/11/06
Radio Version 1.09.00
Protocol version 42.42.P8
ExtROM version 1.30.162 WWE
I want to put this ROM on there.
UNI_DOP_OP_130108_130219_11100_CHT_Ship
but everytime when I do that, I get a region code error and can't move on from there....
Any help would be greatly appreciated......

I dont know whether my rom versions are up to date on the o2 site it dosent show any later versions

I have a SPV500 (orange) and wish to unlock it.My version as follows:

ROM date 01/06/05
Radio version 1.05.10
