I got the cab but shows unsuccessful install...

I tried the one in Matts Kitchen and it worked fine for me. The problem is that it is Build 0600 and not 0700

My version: Windows Live (10.6.0033.0600)
The newest version of windows Live messenger is 10.6.33.0700 only found in Schap's WM6.1 Pro 4.40 Beta ROM. The Feature that appeals to me is that it has a dropdown box that gives you a choice of , Hotmail, MSN, and Live, . TNT says this will be in his new Wizard Rom Windows Live Messenger 10.6.0034.800, must be the newest, also Khans 2.3 Wizard version has 10.6.0034.800 with the drop down box.
Is it possible to make a cab file of the newest?

I'd like to learn to make a cab file..... I did find the IE 6.1, but still haven't found the SMS 6.1 ...... If anyone has a link to someplace that can help me learn to create a cab file that would be helpful.

to make a cab is not a big deal!if you have wincecab manager it's preatty easy but you must search some tricks over the net!i would glady help you but i'm not so good in english language so i better stay away!if you need wincecab manager you can find it here

Thanks for the response! I will look for WinCECab and give it a go. You can edit your post and remove the download links to the Warez... I wouldn't want to anger the Modz...
I can't wait to start dabbling with these cabs.....lol .... I'm sure I'll be Hard reseting a few times after I apply some of my new cabs....lol

I suppose that you mean O2 Active UI, yesits work but very slow and with many bugs. Of course , it looks nice but not work quite well. I have tryed the WM2003 version and it does not work, then I have tryed the WM5 version from Wizzard and it worked but with many bugs, universal version works too but since it's made for VGA mode you see onli 1/4 from the UI so it is unusable.If someone tweak ActiveUI from wizard it will work fine in BA

Here are the extended roms rolder in ftp, download any of the O2 rar files extract it to a folder an in the extracted folder search for a file signed_Prodigy_o2AUI4_build26.cab or any cab containing o2AUI in the name

I understand your trouble to find it. I've had a rough time myself on this board until I found it somewhere on another forum through google and registering to the forum (I got a special hotmail account just for that crap )
You're lucky im a real pack rat when it comes to file (not that I dont use that cab everytime I upgrade ROM or hard reset)

If you're finding yourself oveseas, such as in Chine (like myself), I cant use megaupload, it claims that all the slots are taken for China...

Save it to your storage card instead of your hardware.
I see there is 3.5 with SP 1 now.

I think i know u guys must be sick and tired answering the questions that i have, but i have tried to search but could not find any good enough answer to help me out with my blackstone. Again.. my apologies on all this but i really could appreciate if someone..anyone could help me!
1 - How do i change my theme? It was easy when i was using a Diamond, but now with HD.. everytime i try to download and install a theme here, it just doesn't work and at times keep getting my phone hanging on black screen! im getting bored with my standard theme and tabs. (FYI, i have no clue what manila i am at.. all i know my is wm6.1)
2 - Looking for a solid dictionary, ram cleaner or some good applications to enhance my usage of Blackstone / HD
3 - Finally but not least, some of this post are talking about Gyrate 2. Can i use it? without screwing my phone?

1 - It depends on which ROM you have, with wich Manila version. If you install the wrong one, there's a chance you'll screw up a lot of graphic things. If i can suggest you a theme, try Dusk (search here). There are versions for standard ROM, for ROM's with Manila 2.0, Manila 2.1, Manila 2.5 and Manila 2.6: it's all matter of choosing the right one.
2a - Language? English?
2b - Ram Cleaner, try htcAddicts CleanRam (search here)
2c - Which kind of apps do you need? Tell me your needs, i'll tell you your apps
3 - You can use Gyrator2, but in my opinion Changescreen (search here) is better

If you have the default Rom, you also have the "old" Manila 1.x, so you're right: use Dusk default. Since i have Manila 2 since a long time i don't remember exactely, but if i'm not wrong in settings tab you can see also Manila version at bottom
with "search here" i mean search on this board: i haven't put any link
for dictionary, you can give a try to Slovoed (paid).
CleanRam: never had this problem: maybe is your browser that corrupts download?

Does anyone have a cab for, somewhat bugfree, WVGA versions of HTC's notification enhancement and menu enhancement?
The only thing I have found that is close is this:

However, the font size is so tiny that it's not worth it.
As far as the menu enhancement goes, I am using fingersuite for now, but think a working WVGA menu enhancement cab would be better.
I have found these cooked in several manilla roms from Itje and other chefs, but can not find the cabs by themselves. If possible I would like to install these two enhancements without the rest of manilla/touchflo because I find the upgraded SPB shell panel superior to touchflo in task efficiency and speed, but think the additions of the two enhancements would make my phone perfect.

Unfortunately the link you gave is the same cab/image I said doesn't work. Also, I'm using a 6.5 english rom (though I did take a year of Mandarin in college )
I know there has to be a working WVGA cabs for these somewhere. Anyone else have ideas?

(the HD2 version) has been cabbed up for use on any(w)vga device.
i've been having a hell of a job trying to convert the cab to an EXT but it keeps failing
i'd be very grateful if someone would be willing to post a working ext for this new version?

although it is 23017 its not a problem ill update it to 21895 myself(this isnt the problem
the problem is i cant find any up to date ext packages except the manilla packs:S
and as a cook you know there are way more ext packages besides the manilla packs
so can you provide me whit all ext packages to make a full sense 2012 vga rom

the ereader and footprints are not needed as they are not ported or working fully yet.
enable them all and you should be up and running.
any other packages are optional and down to the individual
i would suggest using l3v5y's kitchens. very stable and easy to use.
i'm going to be upgrading my phone in a few weeks so will think about uploading and posting my kitchen at that stage. look out for it

luckily there is a kitchen uploaded in the blackstone kitchen whit swype in it

you can always try and otherwise i have looked in the app.dat file that is in the 0409 folder
it looks the same so you could also use that entire entry i think

i loked at the packages and for example there isnt a youtube package in

lol, it's an O2 XDA, i work for em and know the process. it it doesn't boot they are likely to swap it for a reconditioned one. (at least they have in the past) it costs less than trying to fix it.
here is hoping cos i wanted to get my build working fully before my upgrade
