Universal_Upgrade_v1.30.68_radio_1.09.0 and ozVGA = not work

I just installed the new Universal Upgrade v1.30.68 radio 1.09.0 in my NEW Jasjar and installed ozVGA but it hungs at the start and wont continue from the logo screen... I realy realy realy wanna use real VGA with my device... I hard reset my device and I tried all deferent versions from the FTP (I downloaded it some times ago) and from version 053 from http://oz.sciox.org/ but it's all the same... maybe some files is deferrent with this new os.... Please help

I have same version of OZVGA installed, and latest I-Mate ROM installed on my QTEK 9000 and have NO PROBLEMS switching between modes except the normal misaligned bars, fonts and the battery indicator is always on the exclamation point status.

same for me.
with the QTEK 9000 ROM 1.13.73 and the Radio ROM 1.09.00
OzVGA hungs at the logo screen.

D810 WM6 Upgrade on P3600?

Would P3600 owners who have upgraded to the D810 WM6 upgrade please post their experiences here.
ie:
Did you run into problems doing the upgrade?
Did everything work properly after the upgrade?
Was it worth it or did you (or want to) go back to WM5?

i have try to update my HTC P3600 with the oficial D810 WM6 rom!!!
result: i brick my phone!!! the rom update has stopped on 35%, and the PDA stop responding.
just recover it and go back to old ROM!
i will do it!!!

Hi, I upgrade to official ROM and any problems occurs, but I prefer PDAVIET Rom, then I downgrade the ROM and upgrade Radio to 1.46.30.11 and have all so far so good!

I hated everything about this ROM including the constant freezing of my Trinity. After 2 days I went back to AXEL's ROM and haven't looked back.

Updated yesterday morning with Dopod WM6 ANZ Rom and radio 1.46.30.11, and for me, it's paradize now...

I had problems with data connection with the ANZ Rom and Radio 1.46.30.11. Keeps disconnecting from the network Edge/HSDPA--could not use PIE or download email. However, with the SEA Rom and Radio 1.46.00.11 I had no problem. I think it's a Radio issue, at least for me on the USA Cingular/ATT network.

That brings up a good point. Has anyone tried this ROM on T-Mobile USA?

Fast and stable
I have the new aussie rom and the new radio rom 1.46.30.11 and it works perfect really fast and stable everything works...i am happy with it...

For those who successfully upgraded their P3600 to WM6, what technique did you use?

I tried doing a straight flash with ANZ ROM and was not successful. During the upgrade, the process stopped at 28%--similar to what some people have encounted. I got a screen with the new Bootloader 3.03.0000. In order for me to get out of that, I reflashed with a previous cooked ROM. It didn't flash through, but it did reset my Trinity.
While my Trinity is not BRANDED, I found that using the "HTC Trinity SIM CID Unlock" allowed me to successfully flash to the new ROM. I entered the device into the previous bootloader version 1.07.0000 prior to flashing.
As I've mentioned before, I had trouble with the radio version 1.46.30.11 with USA Cingular/ATT. I ended up using the SEA ROM with radio version 1.46.00.11 to flash the second time around.

Last night (14/7), I have upgrade my D810. No problem. According to the Guide, don't forget to take out MiniSD, battery is charged at least 50%, etc. In general the softwares for WM5 (Microsoft reader, Pocket e-Sword, Kevtris, etc) are compatible with WM6. Bass sound is good. I like WM6.

generally worked fine for me. I think mUns TE was more stable, but the battery discharging was annoying.
However a few issues:
1) Password for the web connection (GPRS) has vanished once or twice
2) Seems to lose GPRS data conenction once in a while
3) Biggest issue- the DEVICE ID has changed. This has messed up my TomTom Traffic subscription and TomTom support want a letter to prove this happened. ffs.
4) I think the main memory leaks away....

I finally decided to give WM6 a try on my P3600 but installed AX3L's all-in-one v2.0.8.1 ROM. It works well on T-Mobile's USA's network and is easy to install.

if the original rom gets stuck, what i did was flash to the original WM5 then reflash to the WM6 version.

I upgrade my D810 to WM6 and it cannot receive phone call using China mobile SIM card, used to work for the previous ROM update.

Downgrade Artemis back to WM5

Hello to all
i've tried different WM6 Roms but i'm noct convinced to use it yet.
That's why i'm trying to find a way to downgrade to WM5.
I know that there are several how-tos but none worked yet.
I already tried the opposite way via uspl to downgrade. no success yet.
WM5 Rom is here, when trying to downgrade i get the error message 260 which means no connection to the device. i'm using the same machine for downgrading as for upgrading, nothing but the Rom on the phone has changed.
Currently i'm using the o2-xda-orbit german rom.
If anybody has a clue what to do to get the old stuff back, thx in advance

You can downgrade your O2 Orbit successfully if you have Original German ROM (WM5) which is available somewhere in this forum. I can't remember which thread but if you do some search I am sure that you will find it.

I own a HTC P3300 Artemis.
Using USPL and the original o2 german wm6 rom i flashed it with WM6.
I already downloaded a german wm5 rom, my problem right now is that i cannot by any unknown circumstances get this rom on my phone.
No matter whether i use uspl before trying to flash the original rom or if i don't use uspl the result remains the same.
The update utility keeps telling me that it is not possible to connect to my smartphone.
Active Sync/ Mobile devices center connection is working fine though.

i recognize that problem... even though i always sync with my laptop (Vista) i use another com (XP) to flash..
Don´t know why but it seems alot have experienced this prob.

I have bought a htc3300 from a dealer that i find at skroutz but after 1 day i had lost the 2nd language keyboard so i took it back to the dealer to fix the problem he said that wm6 is free to upgrade so let passed it but he put the touch htc software that don't work good how can i downgrade to wm5 again please help it's only 2 days mobile !!!!

The UPLS is not a ROM??
When you run UPLS it sets the CID registration, so you can flash any ROM you want - but offcouse you still have to get the ROM

you 're right after upsl you can downgrade or upgrade... many tnx for info...

I installed the HTC Home (6Tab) on my 838 pro, everything works fine.BUt I found a problem. I will keylock the device when I was not using my PDA. Everytime I recieving a call without unlock the PDA, my PDA will become no respone on every button I press or even I clicked the icon on the touch screen.(like freezed). But if I waited for a while (1-2 min.) everything resume normal. Any ideal to solve the problem? Thanks.

GSM problem after touch 3.01

Hello, all first of all sorry for my bad english.
I'm installed touch 3.01 few days back but today my phone was giving a very bad sign. Means phone is on, all radio bar's full, G available, but cannot receive and make a call. Comes to live just after phone reset. What could be the reason. As i know from tytn experience its a very bad sign. So need to downgrade radio or os ? Anyone had similar problem?

I had another post with this problem too and i unistalled almost all apps to test it and still give that random freezes..I dont think is a bad flash since if it was that not so many people had this problem just like i saw that happened to other people too..its a problem with the phone application or some interaction with some configuration or app i think...but its a realy annoying thing...

reflash. I have no problem with this rom. Remember to run the network wizard to get features from operator.

Keep the installation folder name short. e.g. c:\cubesetup
