edit/create cab files

Can anyone tell me of a program that can modify a cab file.
I have the eten dialer cab but want to change the colours. Managed to extract the cab file and modify the bitmaps, but how do i replace the original files in the cab.

Is it possible to remove the crappy themes from wm06, and just use the old blue default theme from wm05/wm03...?

Any WM5 theme is compatible with WM6, so U can install any theme U likes, simply copy the .tsk file in "windows" PDA directory then select the new theme from Start>Setting>Today Appearance tab

Or you can make a folder in My Documents with name My Themes and add there all your .stk...

Yeap, i know that... The only problem is where to find the old one...

Cooking Own Rom (Manila Editing+OEM Packages)

hello,
i am new and am trying to cook my first rom so here are my questions!i basically want to edit nataly 1.1.1 rom although the rar file with the kitchen had also some ptoblems for me too as i read in the thread.
when i add files to the oem folder for packages to be cooked,will they be installed into program memory?is there a way to be installed in internal storage?
also, i want to change my manila language.nataly has english and i extracted the contents of a greek rom which i want.this rom has more manila files than the nataly one.if i copy all the greek manila files into the appropriate windows folder overwriting nataly's original ones and then cooking it,will it work with greek manila as the default?
Also,i cannot seem to make buildos work.it does not show me the packages to select or unselect them.could it be perhaps because some files are missing from the nataly rom?i used the kitchen version rar that thw author gave.

Create .tsk file for WM 6.5

Hi every body !
I would like to creta à .tsk theme for WM 6.5, but with ThemeGenCE 2.5, it's not possible to choose the picture of the taskbar, only a color.

You can use a program like WinCeCabManager to open the .tsk file, and replace the stwater files.
Now if you really want to go deep into it, download a theme that is specifically for 6.5 and in .cab format, and open that inside of the wincecabmanager and play with those files, as that one will include the taskbar images and such. (you can find it on the 6.5 themes thread in dev and hacking.
