Hey all, is there a way to create a link and assign it to a hardware button to start new note directly in one note without having to start one note first

This is my first post so forgive me. I was wondering, and looking around, I wanted to know if it there was some way that i could mod my touch pro 2 (verizon, stock rom) to move the home tab. Maybe i'm just weird but i am a symmetrical freak and having the home tab "right aligned" is annoying to me. And as I don't want to go ahead and flash a 6.5 rom and get titanium this would be really great!
While I was looking around I found software for the touch diamond, but apparently that isn't compatible. So If anyone could let me know if there is new compatible software, or if there is a way for me to do this myself that would be great!

TILT 2 users: I wonder it is possible to make a use of AT&T tab on Touch Flo 3D that came with Tilt2. Initially, I just removed it from my tabs in Settings since I do not need any of AT&T apps on that tab. However, recently I thought to use it and wonder if it is possible to rename this tab and change links and apps on this tab? Would appreciate if you point me in the right direction as my search on this site have not yielded any result.
any tilt2 users who look into the same issue?

I have just seen that the genuine email client supports opengpg keys. I have tried generate one it works. The issue is that I'd like to use my own gpg key. I can't import it and make it the default one. Did anyone succeed in doing that ?
It is said that on the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, handwriting through S-Pen is possible on any text field anywhere on the UI i.e Messaging, Email etc. and the handwriting gets automatically converted to typed letters.
Please let me know if the same is possible on the Galaxy Note 2 also if the same is flashed with Ditto Note 3 Rom?
