hi, how to reset call timers
thanks
mine resets every time i flash a firmware onto the device.
AFAIR a hardreset resets the call timers.
any chance to clear it without HR?

Hi,
I realised that the call timers remain after hard reset , rom flash and etc.
Is there any way to reset it? Like in the traditional Nokia Phones.
TIA

Hi
I search archive but i can not found how to solve this problem. Often, very often when someone calls me, when i answer the call (green button) the phone resets. I think it is hard reset, cause date and time is changing to 12:00 01/09/2004.
Help please.
regards
I've downgraded to 2003 1.40(i-mate) and the problem still exist. What can it be ? And how to get rid of it ? Please help.
regards
Try re-flashing the radio rom to see if this cures the problem (Try a newer / different version to the current one to see if that helps).
i have a dopod P800W with the 1.25 ROM. the problem that i faced is that whenever i want to setup the phone (ring tone etc...) the pda will freeze....
reset, hard reset, reflash the rom cannot resolve this... anyone face this issue before or have any remedy???
this is so frustrated as i cannot change the phone setting...
Recently I got a replacement and my notification sounds only work if music is playing.
When trying to select the notification tone or adjust the volume, dead silent. I've cleared the cache partition twice, factory reset through settings, compete data wipe through recovery mode. Verizon had me do a general settings reset after I told them I did all that, for some reason.
I was hoping the recent update would resolve it, but no luck.
While it had been nice appearing to be aloof by not responding to messages quickly (due to not knowing I got them) now it's starting to get frustrating.
Thanks.
you have to download the Official rom and flash it through Odin , the official rom has to have 4 files , and it better to have a pit for your problem ,
if that didnt work either , go to a customer services
Anyone else experienced this? Any ideas on a fix? I need my phone for my business, and this is severly hampering it right now. My phone is currently locked for the next hour. It won't even let me restart by normal means. A hard restart worked, but it reset the timer from 53 minutes back to 60 minutes.
60 minutes passed, and I was able to unlock it. Currently have swipe to unlock/0 security on it, which isn't ideal, because now I can't have my work email on it. I guess I'll just roll with it that way until the next software update or until someone finds a fix.
some app may be the culprit
try to uninstall latest installed apps
also try to reset all settings
last resort: factory reset with full data wipe
I'd try wiping cache partition from recovery and if still the same odin a stock firmware then last resort factory reset
Pretty sound advice already given. I had a similar issue with an update in the past and was able to get it back with a Cache Wipe via Bootloader. I almost reset it, but I did a cache wipe, booted phone like normal, used it for an hour and wiped again. No more stuttering or locking up and I didn't have to factory reset.
Not an identical situation, but worth a try.
